Da ich mich März bis Juli im Ausland befinde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in unserer 3er WG.
Das Zimmer hat 11 m2, ein Hochbett, einen Schreibtisch, eine Couch, ein Regal und zwei große Kleiderschränke, von denen einer für dich zur Verfügung stünde (den anderen werde ich mit meinen Sachen vollstopfen). Das Zimmer liegt zur Hofseite und ist sehr ruhig.
Außer mir wohnen hier noch Felix (Biologiestudent) und Stefan (Wirtschaftsinformatiker), die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit getrenntem Bad und Toilette, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einem kleinen Balkon.

As I am abroad from March to July, I am looking to rent out my room in a shared flat (3 people).
The room is 11 m2, it has a loft bed, a desk, a couch, a large bookshelf and 2 large wardrobes, one of which is for you (I will cram all my stuff into the second one while I’m away). The room is located towards the courtyard and is very quiet.
I share the flat with Felix (biology student) and Stefan (computer scientist); it has a separate bathroom and toilet, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a small balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U2 Station Messe Prater und 10 Min von der U1 Vorgartenstraße entfernt, zur WU sind es ebenfalls nur 5 Min zu Fuß, bei der Uni Wien ist man in 10-15 Minuten mit der Ubahn. Supermärkte und Läden aller Art sind praktisch um die Ecke.
Central location, 5 min on foot to the underground station Messe Prater (U2) and 10 min to Vorgartenstraße (U1); 5 min on foot to the WU (University of Economics and Business), and 10-15 min to the University of Vienna on the underground. Shops of all sorts are nearby.
Das Zimmer kann gemietet werden vom 1. März – 31. Juli, Mindestdauer sind 2 Monate.
The room is available from March 1st to 31st July, minimum duration of stay is 2 months.
