Das Zimmer bemisst 20qm und ist sehr hell. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und hat gesamt 86 qm. Weiters gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und ein getrenntes WC.
U1 Vorgartenstraße und U2 Messe/Prater sind jeweils ca 6 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Donauinsel, Prater und Praterstern sind schnell erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen finden sich Spar, Hofer, BILLA und Biba in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Im Stuwerviertel/Vorgartenmarkt gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants und Lokale sowie einen hervorragender Bäcker und Wochenmarkt.
Kurz zu mir, ich bin 33 und als Landschaftsgärtner tätig.Dh ich bin unter der Woche nur abends Zuhause. Am Wochenende bin ich meistens auch eher irgendwo unterwegs, hab aber nichts gegen gemeinsam Bier trinken usw. einzuwenden.
Womit ich allerdings ein Problem habe sind reaktionäre Menschenfeinde aller Art. Auch wenn's nur zwei Monate sind brauch ich sowas nicht in meiner Wohnung.
