I am moving out of my apartment in sometime early next year and need to search for someone to take over my room in the apartment. My roommate is also moving out during the same time, so there would be a second room free. In theory, you could move in with another friend.
Most of the kitchen stuff stays, there is a transfer of 150 euros for the fridge.
Other furniture in my room could be taken over if discussed. I love my furniture but also know the pain of installing a new bed and furniture.... also would be easier for me when I move out haha. My boyfriend created the frame of my bed and the mattress has only been used by me (bought it new).
The contract will be made with the owner of the apartment, not with myself. You can choose to make contract for 6 months or more. Maximum contract is 3 years. You can get more information with landlord or tell me what your looking for exactly :)

2 minute walk to Taborstrasse U bahn. 3 Minute walk to the beautiful Augarten (great for running!), also 15 minute direction to Prater, Donaucanal and Donau. Great district in Vienna with shops everywhere and restaurants.
It is likely that the other room will also be available!
This flat is perfect for students, and young adults. The kitchen is being remodeled by the owner, but due to corona the reconstruction had to pause, but it should be finished in the next months.
If you are interested please send me a personal message and you are able to visit it whenever you like.
I am not in my flat at the moment but my best friend is living there right now and she is super friendly and will show you everything. She speaks German, English, French and some Italian.
