Hallo, wir suchen von 01.01.2024 bis 01.07.2024 (Auszugsdatum ist aber recht flexibel und kann um ein paar Monate verlängert werden) eine:n Mieter:in für unser Zimmer in einer 5er WG.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet (voll möbliert) und hat eine Fläche von 9m^2. Es hat ein Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Gewandschrank und einen Regalschrank.

Hello! We look for someone to rent a room in a 5 person flat share for 1st of January 2024 until 1st of July 2024 (this is flexible and we can talk about a longer stay :)).
The room to be rented is very comfortable, has an area of about 9m^2 and is fully furnished. It contains a loft bed, a couch, a desk, a wardrobe, and one shelve.

Die WG befindet sich im 2. Bezirk in einem schönen Grätzl an einer ruhigen Straße beim Volkertmarkt (wo man Cafes & Restaurantes finden kann). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und die Straßenbahnen 2, 5 sowie die Buslinie 5B in 2 Minuten Fußweg (direkt um die Ecke) erreichbar. Zur Ubahn U2 geht man ca. 7 Minuten. Wem es gefällt der kann sogar statt der Straßenbahn in 20 Minuten Gehzeit den 1. Wiener Bezirk erreichen. Weiters haben wir einen schönen Park, den Augarten, in 3 Minuten Gehzeit Entfernung der super zum Auspannen, Spazieren und für einen schönen Tag im Grünen geeignet ist. Die S-Bahn ist in 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man schnell und unkompliziert zur WU, Uni Wien oder TU Wien.
The flat is located in the 2nd district in a nice neighbourhood on a quiet street near the Volkertmarkt (where you can find cafes & restaurants. The apartment is very central and the trams 2, 5 as well as the bus line 5B are in 2 minutes walking distance (directly around the corner). The subway U2 is in about 7 walking minutes distance. If you like it you can even reach the first Viennese district in 20 minutes walking time instead of taking the tram. Furthermore, we have a beautiful park, the Augarten, in 3 minutes walking distance which is ideal for relaxing, walking and for a nice day in the green. The S-Bahn is located withing 15 minutes walking distance.
By public transport you can get to WU, Uni Vienna or TU Vienna quickly and easily.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr gemütlich und wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG sondern sehen uns eher als Lebensgemeinschaft, inklusive gemeinsamer gemütlicher Abende und Aktivitäten in und außerhalb (zB.: Filme schaun, jammen, chillen & spazieren im Augarten, Bier trinken, Fortgehen, etc.) wobei uns immer wichtig ist, dass jeder auch sein eigenes Leben führt und alles zwanglos abläuft. Dir wird es vollkommen freistehen wie sehr du dich in dem Monat bei uns integrieren willst.
Das WG-Leben spielt sich hauptsächlich am Abend in unserem Wohnzimmer (auf den gemütlichen Couchen) oder in der Küche ab wo wir ebenfalls einen kleinen Tisch zum Sitzen haben. Die eigenen Zimmer dienen als Rückzugsort für bspw. Arbeit/Lernen/allein sein was auch respektiert wird.
In der WG leben gerade Fabs, ein 38 jähriger Forschungsingenieur am AIT & Musikjunky, Gerda eine 29 jährige Harfenistin und Ergotherapie-Studentin, Peter, 27, Sport-Junkie und Programmierer, sowie Carl, 27, TU-Student und Bike-Enthusiast.
Living together in the flat is very comfortable and we definitely don't live together only because of necessity but rather see ourselves as a community, including common cozy evenings and activities in and outside (eg .: watching movies, jamming, chilling & strolling in the Augarten, drinking beer and going out, etc.) whereby it is always important to us that each one of us leads his own life and joining any common activity is voluntarily. It will be completely up to you how much you want to integrate with us in this month.
Shared life in the flat is mainly concentrated in the evening in our living room (on the cozy couches) or in the kitchen where we also have a small table for sitting. The own rooms serve as a retreat for work/learning/alone time, which is always respected.
At the moment, the following persons live in the flat: Fabs, a 39-year-old scientist at AIT & music junkie, Gerda a 29-year-old harpist and student of Occupational Therapy, Peter, 27, sports junkie and programmer, Carl, 27, TU-student and bike enthusiast.
Rauchen: In der WG selbst rauchen wir nicht, dafür kann man schnell auf die Balkone oder in den Innenhof runtergehen.
Die Gesamtmietkosten (warm, alles dabei inklusive Versicherung und Internet) des Zimmers belaufen sich auf 445€ pro Monat.

Smoking: smoking inside the flat is prohibited but you can quickly go out on the balcony to smoke.
