Hallo wir suchen momentan Nachmieter für unsere Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim.
Das Appartement teilt sich wie folgt:
-Vorraum
-Bad
-Toilette
-2 separate Zimmer
-Balkon
Man kann entweder eines der beiden Zimmer des Appartements mieten oder für den doppelten Preis beide falls schon ein potentieller Mitbewohner fest steht.
Beide Zimmer sind mit folgenden Möbeln ausgestattet:
-Großer Schrank
-Bett
-Schreibtisch
-Schreibtischstuhl
-2 Wandregale
-Rollkasten
-Mülleimer
Generell gibt es großzügig viel Stauraum, da die Zimmer sehr smart eingerichtet sind.
Im Studentenwohnheim gibt es eine große sehr moderne Gemeinschaftsküche, eine Sauna, ein Fitnessstudio, zwei Musikräume mit Klavier und einen gemeintschaftlichen Lernraum, sowie eine Putzfrau die alle zwei Wochen die Zimmer, Bad und WC reinigt. Die Küchen werden auch regelmäßig gereiningt.
Der Preis von 350€ Miete ist auf 2 Monate befristet, danach sind es insgesamt 476€
Das Zimmer kann aber auch nur für diese 2 Monate gemietet werden.

Hi, we are looking for new tenants in our students dorm appartement.
The appartement is shared like this:
-Entrance room
-Bathroom
-Toilet
-2 seperate rooms
-Balcony
You can either rent one room or both of them for double the price if you already have a potential roommate.
Both rooms are furnished:
-Big wardrobe
-Bed
-Desk
-Office Chair
-2 wallshelf
-moveable drawer
-trashbin
The room is furnished really smart so that you have enough space to store all of your stuff.
The students dorm has a spacious common kitchen, a sauna, gym, two rehearsal rooms with a piano and a common study room aswell as cleaning staff that cleans the kitchen, the rooms, bathrooms and toilets on a regular basis.
The price of 350€ only counts for the first 2 months, after that the rent is 476€, but the room can also be rented for only these 2 months.
Zum Hofer und Billa sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg.
In 5 Minuten kommt man auch zum Spar oder Penny.

-2 Minuten bis O Bruno-Marek-Allee
Trotz ruhiger Lage dauert es ca 15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt.

It takes 2 minutes to the nearest grocery store and you have public transportation in every direction not more than 5 minutes from the dorm.
Man muss natürlich keinen Kontakt zu den anderen Bewohnern suchen, es setzen sich jedoch regelmäßig Leute zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder auf eine Partie Karten zusammen.
Das Zusammenleben im StuWo ist sehr herzlich und man findet schnell Anschluss zu den Bewohnern.
Auch das Personal (Büro, Hausmeister, Putzfrau) sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich wenn man Hilfe benötigt.

It's really easy to find friends in StuWo, the staff is also really nice.
Almost everyone speaks english and there is a good chance of you finding someone who is able to communicate in your native language aswell.
