Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, nach Südwesten ausgerichtet und man hat einen schönen Blick auf eine kleine Gasse.
Ich würde meinen Schrank da lassen, aber es ist kein Muss ihn zu übernehmen.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist Nestroyplatz mit ca 4 Gehminuten; in 7-9 Minuten ist man sowohl am Praterstern als auch bei der U2 Tabortstrasse (super für die Hauptuni).
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist der Billa zwei Häuser weiter.
Ausserdem ist man zur Erholung im Grünen in ein paar Minuten sowohl im Augarten, als auch im Prater und im Sommer schnell an der Donau.
Im Grätzl gibt es viele kleine Bars, gute Restaurants und wir sind nicht weit vom Donaukanal.
Jenni ist vor 3 Jahren aus Großbritannien nach Wien gezogen, studiert Politikwissenschaften, arbeitet in Teilzeit und kocht köstlichste Gerichte aus Fernost.
Manchmal kommt man in den Genuss, dass sie ihre Gitarre auspackt und das ein oder andere Lied singt.
Bisher haben sich Paula und ich die Hauptmiete geteilt, wir ziehen jedoch beide aus.
Deshalb suchen wir auch nach jemandem, der/die auch bereit wäre die Hauptmiete für die Wohnung zu übernehmen.
Die Kosten für das Zimmer sind 265€ mit Strom, Internet etc. :)
The room is very bright, oriented towards Southwest and you have a nice view onto a small alley way.
I would like to leave my wardrobe but taking it is not necessary.
The closest subway station is the U1 Nestroyplatz (4 min by foot); in 7-9 in you are either at Praterstern or Taborstrasse (perfect for the main universiy).
The next shop is Billa, two houses down the road.
Our neighbourhood is full of little bars, good restaurants and we are close to Augarten and Donaukanal.
Jenni moved from the UK to Vienna 3 yrs ago, studies political science, works part-time and loves to cook asian meals.
She loves to sing and play the guitar (always a special treat ;)
Until now, Paula and I were the main tenants.
As we are both moving out, we are also looking for someone who would like to be the main tenant.
The costs for the room are 265€ all inclusive. :)
