Two rooms in a shared flat with another person for JULY. You share the apartment with Astrid, a 41 year old regional planer and our cat Lili. All together the flat offers four rooms, a small kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The two rooms for rent are furnished (living room: desk, couch, bookshelf and piano - sleeping room with mattress, shelf, clothes rail and dresser). The flat is very close to Praterstern, it takes 3 minutes to get to U1, 5 minutes for U2 and S-bahn. The Prater and the danube are around the corner.
In unserer 2er WG wird meine Wohnhälfte für JULI frei, bestehend aus zwei Zimmern ( 27m² + 12m²). Mit dir würde Astrid wohnen, die zwei weitere Zimmer bewohnt. Beide Zimmer sind möbliert (Couch, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Klavier, Matratze, Kleiderstange ect.), wobei manche Möbel auch ausgetauscht werden können. Die Fenster gehen auf die Lassallestraße. Rauchen ist im Wohnbereich nicht erwünscht.
The flat is very close to Praterstern, it takes 3 minutes to get to U1, 5 minutes for U2 and S-bahn. The Prater and the danube are around the corner. In ten minutes you can be in the city center with the U-Bahn. Supermarket is around the corner.
U1, U2 und S-bahn befinden sich in 3 min Gehweite. Das Stuwerviertel befindet sich zwischen Prater und Donauinsel, im Sommer ideal zum Radfahren und Schwimmen. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bioladen, Markt) im Umkreis von 10 Minuten Gehweg.
Each has its own daily routine, but we value respectful interaction and clear communication. We enjoy cooking together or hosting dinners with friends. The center of attention is undoubtedly our cat Lili. We try to live be the reduce, reuse and recycle concept and eat mostly vegetarian/vegan. I`m studying Literature in Leipzig, so both my rooms are free for rent. Sometimes we cook together or go out for a drink, there are plenty of nice places in the area.
Jede hat ihren eigenen Tagesablauf, ab wir schätzen einen achtsamen Umgang miteinander und klare Kommunikation. Abends kochen wir gerne zusammen oder veranstalten Essen mit Freunden. Im Zentrum steht unbestritten unsere Katze Lili. Generell versuchen wir möglichst nachhaltig zu leben, wir trennen den Müll und versuchen umsichtig zu konsumieren. Ein Bauernmarkt ist am Markt ums Eck, wo wir am Wochenende einkaufen, auch kochen wir oft vegan/vegetarisch zusammen.
