Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Das heißt Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch lasse ich da. Auch die Truhe zum Chillen würde ich gegebenenfalls im Zimmer lassen, in der ich ein paar Sachen verstauen würde, da das Zimmer ja nur untervermietet wird.
Durch die Fensterfront scheint fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne in das Zimmer und man kann sich wunderbar auf dem Fensterbrett Sonnen!
The room is 16m² big and furnished. Means, I would leave the bed, closet and desk. I also might leave the chest.
Since there is a huge window front, the sun is brightening the room almost the whole day. Good opportunity to take a sunbath on the window sill.

Die Wohnung liegt gleich an der U1 Station Nestroyplatz (Beste Ubahn Linie ever!), aber auch die U2 Station Taborstraße ist nur 500m entfernt. Hofer ist direkt gegenüber und auch alle anderen Einkaufsläden, u.a. ein Asia Markt sind zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Augarten und der Prater sind ebenfalls in Fuß nähe und auch am Donaukanal bist du zu Fuß im 10 min. Mit dem Rad ist man auch gleich draußen in der Natur an der Donau und kann die Sonne beim Baden genießen.
Located right next to the U1 station Nestroyplatz, the U2 station Taborstraße ist also just 500m away. Hofer is right across and all other stores (also an asia market) are in 5 minutes walking distance. Augarten, Prater and Donaukanal are super close as well, 10 min by foot.

Willkommen im Zirkus!!
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind folgender bunter Haufen:
Diego unser Küken, kommt aus Guatemala und studiert an der WU. Er besitzt jedes Videospiel auf dieser Welt ist, aber trotzdem immer am Start bei allem, sei es Ausflug oder Party.
Daniel fixed alles bei uns in der Wg, ist immer bei jeder Unternehmung dabei und immer für ein Pläuschchen zu haben. Wenn man ganz lieb ist nimmt er einen vielleicht auch auf seinem Motorrad mit.
Caro schreibt zurzeit fleißig an ihrer Masterarbeit, pflegt dabei aber eine sehr gute Work-Life Balance - mit dem Fokus meistens auf Life. Sie ist der happy sunshine im Zirkus, meist mit einer wohlverdienten Chipstüte in der Hand.
Fessi, unser kreativer Kopf ist DJ und der liebste Mensch auf Erden. Wenn er seine Ohren von den Kopfhörern erholen muss, ist gute Musik garantiert. Dabei ist er aber super rücksichtsvoll und kommt gerne mit einem Smoothie um die Ecke.
Ramona arbeitet derzeit im Homeoffice und zaubert währenddessen die leckersten Currys in der Küche.

Your roommates to be:
Diego our rookie is from Guatemala an studies at the WU. He owns every video game in the world but is still down for everything, no matter it's a trip or party.
Daniel fixes everything in our flat, he is always up for any activity and chats. If you are really kind he might take you on a trip with his motorcycle.
Caro is currently working on her master thesis but maintains a solid work-life balance - with the focus on life. She is the happy sunshine in the Circus, mostly holding well deserved bag of chips in her hands.
Fessi our creative mind is DJ and the most sweetest person in the world. When his ears need headphone breaks, good music is guaranteed. In doing so he is very considerate and often brings by a tasty smoothie.
Ramona is working from home office at the moment and meanwhile creating the best Currys in the kitchen.
