Da unsere Mitbewohnerin leider auszieht, wird 1 großes Zimmer in der WG frei.
Der Raum kostet 440 Euro, grenzt an die Küche und blickt in den Hinterhof. Das Zimmer ist südlich ausgerichtet und die Sonne scheint - bis auf den Winter - ca 2 stunden am Tag hinein.
Falls ein möbliertes Zimmer gesucht wird, könnten gegen eine kleine Ablöse Bett&Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und gemütlicher Couchstuhl im Zimmer bleiben.

Since our roommate is unfortunately moving out, 1 large room in the WG becomes free.
The room costs 440 euros, is next to the kitchen and looks into the backyard. The room is south facing and the sun shines - except for winter - about 2 hours a day inside. If you look for a furnished room there's a desk with chair, closet, bed&mattress and a cozy chair. There would be a little fee for a few things to take over.
Eine tolle Lage im Zweiten Bezirk! In wenigen Gehminuten bist du an der U-Bahn-Station Schottenring. Die Taborstraße ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Auf der Leopoldsgasse gibt es viele nette Lokale und kleine Geschäfte. Der Karmelitermarkt ist ums Eck und der Augarten sowie der Donaukanal sind nur einige Schritte entfernt. Im Sommer profitiert man von Donaunähe und Wasser. Im Winter gibt's Schneespaziergänge im Augarten.

A great location in the second district! In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Schottenring, 10 min walk to the city center. Taborstraße is also not far away. On Leopoldsgasse there are many nice pubs and small stores. The Karmelitermarkt is around the corner and the Augarten and the Danube Canal are just a few steps away. In summer you benefit from the proximity to the Danube and the water. In winter there are snow walks in the Augarten.
Gaia und Jorinna wohnen seit November gemeinsam.
Im Zusammenleben schätzen wir Rücksichtnahme und Achtsamkeit, sowie einen angenehmen Umgang und eine gemütliche Stimmung in der Wohnung.
Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch & Italienisch - international people welcome! :D
Jorinna ist in Wien aufgewachsen, studiert Malerei und malt gerne den ganzen Tag.
Sonst ist sie eher eine ruhige Person, freut sich aber sehr über Gesellschaft, gemeinsames Kochen und Essen, Unternehmungen usw.
Gaia kommt aus Florenz und studiert zurzeit Kunstpädagogik. Sie ist eine sehr aktive Person, treibt sich gerne in den Bergen rum, ist gern am Bouldern und ist ein starker Gegner bei unseren nächtlichen Spieleabenden.

In living together we care for each other, we love spending time together in and out our cozy apartment.
We speak German, English & Italian - international people welcome! :D
Jorinna grew up in Vienna, studies painting and likes to paint all day.
Otherwise she is rather a calm person, very happy to have company, cooking and eating together, going out, etc.
Gaia is from Florence and is currently studying art education. She is a very active person, likes to hang out in the mountains, enjoys bouldering and is a strong opponent in our nightly game nights.
