Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes, ruhiges ca 20 m2 Zimmer. Alle Möbel und Einrichtungen können benutzt werden. Die Wohnung hat eine helle, große Küche mit allen Geräten (Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Toaster ...) sowie einer Siebträgerkaffeemaschine, ein getrenntes WC und Bad, einen Abstellraum und eine Essecke. Alle Fenster schauen in den ruhigen Gemeinschaftsgarten der mitbenutzt werden kann. Sessel, Hängematte, Tische stehen neben dem Fahrradraum zur Verfügung.

I rent my beautiful, quiet about 20 m2 room. All furniture and facilities can be used. The apartment has a bright, large kitchen with all appliances (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster ...) as well as a portafilter coffee machine, a separate toilet and bathroom, a storage room and a dining area. All windows look into the quiet communal garden which can be jointly used. Chairs, hammock, tables are available next to the bike room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen 2. Bezirk. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation 1 Nestroyplatz, 7 Gehminuten von der U2 Taborstraße, 10 Gehminuten von der U1 und U4 Schwedenplatz, 5 Gehminuten von der 2er Straßenbahnstation und 10 Gehminuten vom Praterstern U1, U2 und S-Bahnstation sowie viele Busse und Straßenbahnen.
Die Lage ist total ruhig vor allem durch den Garten und den vielen Einbahnstraßen. Trotzdem ist sie sehr belebt und es gibt viele schöne Orte zu entdecken.
Der wunderschöne Augarten ist 12 Gehminuten entfernt, der grüne Prater 15 Gehminuten, die Donauinsel 3 U-Bahnstationen oder 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. In 5 Gehminuten am Donaukanal. In 10 Gehminuten ist man Mitten in der Innenstadt.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind unzählige Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sowie ein Club (Praterstraße). In der unmittelbaren Umgebung (2 Gehminuten) sind verschiedene Supermärkte und Drogerien, Krankenhaus, Apotheken sowie unzählige Geschäfte auf der Taborstraße und der Praterstraße. In der Umgebung sind unterschiedliche Märkte, Karmelitermarkt, Volkertmarkt mit netten Cafés, Ständen, etc.
Die Wirtschaftsuniversität und Sigmund Freud Uni ist 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt oder 2 U-Bahnstationen Stationen, die Uni Wien ist 2 U-Bahnstationen oder 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt.

The apartment is located in the beautiful 2nd district. 5 minutes walk from the subway station 1 Nestroyplatz, 7 minutes walk from the U2 Taborstraße, 10 minutes walk from the U1 and U4 Schwedenplatz, 5 minutes walk from the 2er streetcar station and 10 minutes walk from Praterstern U1, U2 and S-Bahn station and many buses and trams.
The location is totally quiet especially because of the garden and the many one-way streets. Nevertheless, it is very vivid and there are many beautiful places to discover.
The beautiful Augarten is 12 minutes walking distance, the green Prater 15 minutes walking distance, the Donauinsel 3 metro stations or 10 minutes by bike. In 5 minutes walk you are at the Donaukanal. In 10 minutes by walking you are in the middle of the city center.
In the immediate neighborhood are countless cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as a club (Praterstraße). In the immediate surrounding (2 minutes walk) are various supermarkets and drugstores, hospital, pharmacies and countless stores on Taborstraße and Praterstraße. In the surrounding area are different markets, Karmelitermarkt, Volkertmarkt with nice cafes, stalls, etc.
The University of Economics WU and Sigmund Freud Uni is 5 minutes away by bike or 2 metro stations, the University of Vienna is 2 metro stations or 10 minutes away by bike.
Du wirst mit einer 26-jährigen sehr offenen und zuvorkommenden 30-Stunden arbeitenden und nebenbei studierenden Frau zusammen wohnen. Sarah arbeitet im sozialen Bereich und ist unter der Woche viel mit Arbeit und Studieren eingedeckt, trotzdem ist es keine Zweck-WG. Abends und am Wochenende unternimmt sie viel von Blues tanzen bis hin zu Feiern und Theaterbesuchen.
Sarah ist eine sehr aufgeschlossene Person und würde sich sehr über eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in freuen.

You will be living with a 26-year-old very open and accommodating 30-hour working and part-time studying woman. Sarah works in the social sector and is busy with work and studying during the week. In the evenings and on weekends she does a lot of things from Blues dancing to partying and going to the theater.
Sarah is a very open-minded person and would be very happy to have a nice roommate.
