Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3-Raum Wohnung, die ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer hat, das gemeinsam genutzt wird.
Das Zimmer ist separat vom Gang begehbar und hell.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 550 € inklusive Strom, Wasser und Internet.
Das Zimmer ist nur befristet für das Wintersemester 22/ 23 verfügbar.

The room is around 11.42 square meters big and oriented towards the inner yard. It is furnished with a desk, a dresser, a clothes rail and a single bed (which will be added).
The room is located in a 3 room flat, with a big living-eating area which is used together.
The rent is 550€ including energy, water and Wifi.
Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Taborstraße in der Nähe des Augarten. Die Bim-Linie 2 hält quasi direkt vor der Haustür und die Bim 5 und O sind in weniger als 5 min erreichbar. Zum Praterstern und der U-Bahn Haltestelle Taborstraße läuft man circa 10-15 min. Der Prater, der Augarten und die Donauinsel sind schnell zu erreichen und in die Innenstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Zur WU gelangt man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min.
Die Wohnung ist in den Innenhof ausgerichtet und deswegen recht ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug.

The flat is located at the end of Taborstraße close to Augarten. The tram line 2 stops almost in front of the door and tram line 5 and O can be reached within 5 min. Also, Praterstern and U-Bahn station Taborstraße are within 10-15 min walking distance. Prater, Donauinsel and Augarten can be reached quickly and also to the city center it's not far. WU can be reached within 10 min by bike. As the flat is oriented towards the inner yards its quite quiet. The flat is on the 6th floor and there is an elevator.
Da ich ein Auslandssemester machen, werde ich im nächsten Semester nicht in Wien sein. Gerade wohne ich mit meinem Freund in der Wohnung und unser jetziges Arbeitszimmer wird dann zum WG Zimmer. Deswegen fehlt bis jetzt auch noch das Bett, das werden wir aber noch bis zum Einzug aufbauen.
Mein Freund ist 29 Jahre alt, arbeitet und studiert nebenbei noch und ist am Wochenende Fußballschiedsrichter, weswegen er immer recht viel zu tun. Er ist wg-erfahren und trink gerne mal zusammen ein Bier oder kocht was gemeinsam, entspannt oder lernt aber auch gerne mal allein.

Because I'm going on exchange for a semester, I won't be in Vienna during the next semester. Right now I live in the flat with my boyfriend and the room we currently use for working will be a WG room. That's why currently the bed is still missing, but we will add it before you move in.
My boyfriend is 29 years old, works and studies on the side, which is why he is usually quite busy. He lived in several WGs before and enjoys it. He likes to drink a beer together, go for a drink in a bar/ restaurant or cooks together but he also needs some quite time to relax and study.
