This beautiful rooftop apartment in 1020 has 105m2 and a 20m2 rooftop terrace. Beside the spacious entry area, is has four rooms: one huge living room / kitchen, two bed rooms and one office (the three rooms all have about 12m2) plus a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The apartment itself is fully furnished.
The bed room that is looking for a new resident is about 13m2 with a built-in wardrobe in the corridor, so no additional wardrobe needed. What's great is, that the two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment - so privacy is guaranteed. The room is equipped with an AC and electric blinds make the room completely dark at night (perfect if you accidentally have a long night out).
The apartment is about 5 min walk from Praterstern (U1, U2, direct airport train etc.).
Ideal location for having the best of both worlds: 15 min to city center (Stephansplatz) or 10 min walk to Augarten / go for a run at Prater Hauptallee / bike ride to Donauinsel etc. Also there are several supermarkets (Lidl, Spar, Pharmacy) right outside of the apartment building, the closest gym (CleverFit) is about 10 min walk. I might be a bit biased but 1020 is the best district in Vienna ;)
You will live together with Julia, 31, originally from Germany and been living in Vienna for more than 10 years. During the week, WG life is very chill and grown up. I work from home 2-3 days per week and thus have an extra office room. Weekends are for the good life (invite friends over, go for drinks, traveling etc...).It goes without saying that the WG life should be based on mutual respect and open communication and whatever we want to make of it.
Contract can be anything from 6 months - 1 year (or potentially longer). The main area is fully furnished e.g. washing machine, dish washer, kitchen equipment, beamer + screen, rooftop furniture etc.
Financials:
Everything included (Wifi, insurance, electricity), total rent will be 1005€ per month.
