Ich würde gerne meine Zimmer im Sommer untervermieten, damit es nicht komplett sinnbefreit zwei Monate leer steht. Es ist 12 qm groß, hat aber durch das eingebaute Hochbett viel mehr Platz, und eingebaute Schränke in denen man sehr viel Platz um Dinge zu verstauen. Außerdem kann man auf dem Hochebene sogar spazieren, so hoch sind die Altbaudecken. Es hat ein großes Fenster zum Hof, und da es im Erdgeschoss mit Schatten liegt bleibt es auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl. Ich würde das Zimmer Möbliert vermieten und mein Zeug in der Wohnung verstauen.
I would like to sublet my room in the summer so that it doesn't stand empty for two months for no reason at all. It is 12 square metres, but has much more space because of the built-in loft bed, and built-in cupboards in which you have a lot of room to store things. Moreover, you can even walk on the mezzanine, that's how high the old building ceilings are. It has a large window overlooking the courtyard, and since it's on the ground floor with shade, it stays nice and cool even in the height of summer. I would rent the room furnished and store my stuff in the flat.
Die Lage ist super für den Sommer, mit dem Schweizer Garten als Park direkt um die Ecke und dem Schloss Belvedere mit dem botanischen Garten auf der anderen Seite. Außerdem ist der Hauptbahnhof in Fußweite erreichbar und von den Öffis sind die 18, D, O und die Sbahn angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafes sowie Restaurants sind alle in derselben Straße zu finden.
The location is great for summer, with the Swiss Garden as a park just around the corner and the Belvedere Palace with the botanical garden on the other side. It is also within walking distance of the main train station and the public transport links to the 18, D, O and the Sbahn. Shopping facilities and cafes as well as restaurants can all be found in the same street.
Im Moment leben Salphinah (24) eine Kunststudentin aus Basel und Hania (24) eine Jurastudentin aus Krakau in der Wohnung. Das große Wohnzimmer lädt für gemütliche WG-Abende ein und die Küche ist vollausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Im Innenhof ist ein kleiner Garten angelegt in den man sich zum Lesen zurückziehen kann.
At the moment, Salphinah (24), an art student from Basel, and Hania (24), a law student from Krakow, live in the flat. The large living room invites you to spend cosy evenings together and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a small garden in the courtyard where you can retreat to read.
Die Miete kostet normalerweise 460€ aber ich finde 350€/Monat einen fairen Preis für den Sommer. Gib auch gerne Bescheid falls du das Zimmer für kürzere Zeit anmieten wollen würdest, dann finden wir bestimmt eine Lösung.
The rent is normally 460€ but I think 350€/month is a fair price for the summer. Please let me know if you would like to rent the room for a shorter period of time and we will surely find a solution.
