Ein Zimmer ist ab Jänner, im wunderschönen 3.Bezik in der nähe vom Belvedere frei.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und komplett möbliert (inkl. Bettwäsche usw.)
Die Wohnung liegt 10min von der MDW, 15min von der tu und 25min von der Hauptuni, WU entfernt.
Alles komplett eingerichtet in der Wohnung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in unmittelbarer nähe erreichbar.

A room is available from January in this lovely flat.
The room is a fully furnished with a table, chairs, bed, wardrobe, a small table, a standing light and one window which gives a lot of light.
Direct connection to the airport.
Close to the MDW (musicians are very welcome).
Around the corner, there are many grocery stores, such as Penny, Billa, Hofer, Bipa, DM, Spar...
There is an internal yard, perfect for bike storage, and a cellar space too.
The flat is located on the Mezzanin floor and has a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate WC. At the entrance, there is a coat hanger and space for shoes. There is an iron and iron board as well, and a vacuum cleaner.
The rent of 600€ includes all bills and internet, there is no need to pay anything for the furniture as it belongs to the house. The deposit is 850€.
It is possible to visit the flat both in-person and online. Please contact me to arrange a meeting. Erasmus and exchange students are very welcome.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der nähe vom Rennweg. Die S-Bahn wie auch Straßenbahn 71 & O sind in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Gute verbindung zum Flughafen.
The flat is located close to the Rennweg station from which you can take the S-Bahn or trams 71 and O, and bus 77a, it takes about 5 minutes to reach it on foot. Good connection to the airport.
Mein Name ist Isabella ich bin freiberufliche Sängerin und viel auf reisen. Andrei ist Steward und arbeitet bei Ryanair. Wir sind sehr offen und plaudern gerne.
