Nel appartamente in generale c'è molto spazio, quindi per esempio le valigie si possono mettere in una stanzetta seperata per non averle nella propria camera.
Siccome tanti dei mobili sono di legno ed abbastanza vecchi cerco qualcuno che è già usato a vivere con i mobili di legno ed è disposto a trattare l'appartamento con attenzione e rispetto.

L'apartamento si trova praticamente sopra la fermata "Rennweg", 15 minuti a piedi da centro città e con i mezzi pubblici ancora più veloce.
Sotto casa girano i mezzi: tram 71 che va direttamente al opera, S-Bahn (tipo metro) che va direttamente all'aeroporto, tram O che va alla stazione ferroviaria.
Solo due minuti a piedi si trova l'orto botanico ed il Belvedere.

The apartment is located directly in front of the pubblic transport station "Rennweg", 15 minutes to the city center by walk, and even more quick with the tram.
Pubblic transport: S-Bahn (goes directly to the airport), tram 71 (directly to the opera), and tram O (directly to the railway main station).
Supermarkets, post-office, farmacy, ... are all around the corner.
L'apartamento ha due camere singole per due ragazze studentesse che sono a Vienna per esmpio per un semestre di Erasmus o principalmsnete per lo studio, o un tirocinio, ecc.
C'è una terza stanza che è affittata a una signora anziana di 70 anni, però lei non c'è quasi mai. Si chiama Gisela e vive normalmente in Alto Adige, ma viene a Vienna ogni due mesi per una o due settimane per andare al cinema e ai musei. Quindi normalmente sareste solo in due e solo raramente in tre insieme con la signora anziana.
Lei è molto gentile e rispettosa ed è anche abituata a vivere inseme con gente più giovane.
Per le spese di elettricità è gas facciamo così che pagate esattamente quello che avete usato.
L'apartamento ha una grande cucina (tutta nuova, ne sono molto fiera) con un tavolo per mangiare insieme e chiacchierare, quindi se vi piace cucinare ... ;)

There are two rooms for two girls, studying or doing an intership, or working in Vienna.
The third room in occupied by an old lady (about 70 years old). She normally lives in Trentino-Alto-Adige (Italy) and only comes to Vienna every two month for not longer than one or two weeks.
So most of the time you will only be two students.
For gas and electricity you pay exactly what you have used.
The apartment has a big kitchen where you can have a chat or eat or cook togehter.
Most of the furniture is made out of wood, so I'm searching for somebody who is also used to pay attention to old furniture and is willing to treat the apartment with the most respect.
Io non sono italiana ma mi piace talmente parlare italiano che con un annuncio in italiano spero ti trovare delle inquiline italiane ;D
Per favore raccontatemi anche qualcosa di voi ... di dove siete, cosa farete a Vienna, cosa studiate, ecc.
