Die Wohnung ist etwa 53m2 groß und enthält zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer sowie eine große Wohnküche. Das Badezimmer und das WC sind getrennt voneinander. Balkon gibt es keinen. Die ganze Wohnung bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Donaukanal. Im freien Zimmer gibt es ein Singlebett und einen Schreibtisch, die beide ohne Ablöse übernommen werden können. Zudem gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank. Die Möbel im Zimmer kannst du natürlich austauschen und den Raum so gestalten, wie du möchtest.

The available room comes with a single bed and a desk, both of which can be taken over without any additional cost. Additionally, there is a built-in wardrobe. Feel free to replace the furniture in the room and customize the space to your liking.
Die Wohnung ist etwa acht Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation Kardinal-Nagl-Platz entfernt. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist gut. Wenige Meter neben dem Wohnhaus gibt es einen Hofer-Supermarkt und ein DM. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

The apartment is approximately an eight-minute walk from the Kardinal-Nagl-Platz subway station. The connection to the city center is convenient. Just a few meters from the building is a supermarket and a drugstore. Other shopping options are within a short walking distance from the apartment.

Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und berufstätig, nebenbei beende ich gerade mein Masterstudium. Das WG-Leben läuft relativ ruhig ab, wobei ich aufgrund meines Berufs an den Wochenenden öfters im Wohnzimmer Fußball schaue. Ich bin offen für Personen, die nur kurzfristig einziehen möchten (z.B.
