Room size is 8m2 + 3m2 balcony, in addition, there is a big wardrobe in the storage room. Cold and warm water inside the room. Bathroom (+washing machine) and Kitchen (+dishwasher), cosy dining corner. Separate WC with handwashing. Public transport and shopping infrastructure is very near and convenient. Please no smoking and pets.
The rent is 210 + Energy fee according to consumption. Deposit: € 600.
Gute Verkehrsverbindungen: Straßenbahn O-Wagen in 1 Minute, 71-er, 18-er, S-Bahn, Bus 77A in 5 Minuten
