Das Zimmer ist ca 11 m^2 groß und die Wände wurden vor einem Jahr gründlich geweißt. Es ist Platz genug für ein King-Size Bett und einen Schreibtisch, aber ich helfe dir gerne ein Stockbett aufzubauen, damit du den Raum effizienter nutzen kannst.
Da sich die Wohnung im dritten Stock befindet, mangelt es dem Zimmer, obwohl das Fenster in den Innenhof zeigt, nicht an Licht. Die Lage zum Innenhof sorgt auch dafür, dass man keinen Straßenlärm hört - du kannst im Sommer problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die hohen Decken und das große Fenster machen das Zimmer spürbar größer und Heller. Zimmer wird unmöbliert common.

The room is about 11 m^2 and the walls were thoroughly whitened a year ago. There is enough space for a king-size bed and a desk, but I will be happy to help you set up a loft bed so you can use the space more efficiently.
Since the apartment is on the third floor, the room does not lack light despite the windows looking into the inner yard. The courtyard location also ensures that you won't hear any noise from the street - in the summer, you can easily sleep with the window open. The high ceilings and a large window make the room noticeably larger and brighter. The room will come without furniture.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, direkt (30m) am Rochusmarkt mit seinen vielen Ständen (Bäcker, Fleischerei, Restaurants, Dönerbude, uvm.) der Post Zentrale (24h Abholstation) und einem Billa Plus. Penny, Hofer, DM, Bipa und andere Geschäfte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Viertel selbst ist sehr schön, es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants und Fachgeschäfte in der Landstraßer Hauptstraße, außerdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt oder bei der Prater Hauptalle(mit dem Fahrrad beides ca 5 Minuten).
Von der Wohnungstüre ist man in 2 Minuten auf dem Bahnsteig der U3-Station Rochusgasse, und in 9 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist das Einkaufszentrum "Wien Mitte" (Mediamarkt, Spar, viele Modegeschäfte sowie ein Fitinn) und die dazugehörige S-Bahn-Station (nur 22 Minuten bis zum Flughafen). Donaukanal, Stadtpark, Praterpark und Arenbergpark sind auch ähnlich nahe, direkt bei uns (50m) gibt es außerdem noch zwei kleine Grünflächen zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist also gut an alle Teile der Stadt angebunden, besonders mit dem Fahrrad kann man sich gut fortbewegen.

The location of the apartment is great: in a quiet one-way street, directly (30m) at the Rochusmarkt with its many stalls (bakery, butcher, restaurants, kebab shop, etc.) the post office headquarters (24h pickup station) and a Billa Plus. Penny, Hofer, DM, Bipa and other stores are also nearby. The district itself is very nice, there are many cafes, restaurants and speciality stores on Landstraßer Hauptstraße, plus you can be in the city centre in just a few minutes with a bike or public transport (15 min walking to Stephansplatz).
2 minutes away from the apartment is U3 Rochusgasse Subway Station, and in a 10-minute walking distance - Fitinn fitness studio, "Wien Mitte" shopping centre and S-Bahn station (Mediamarkt, Spar and many fashion stores, suburban trains just take 22 min from here to the airport), U3/U4 Landstraße Subway Stations, Stadtpark (City Park), Donaukanal, Prater and Arenberg Parks. So, the apartment is well connected to all parts of the city, but it's also great to get around by bike.

Deine neuen WG-Kollegen sind Ramis (25) und Clemens (22). Wir reden gerne miteinander und hin und wieder kochen etwas oder machen sport gemeinsam. Wir führen ein einfaches Leben und versuchen, einen wöchentlichen Putzplan einzuhalten.
Ramis kam nach Wien, um seinen Master in Sozialwissenschaften zu machen, danach blieb er hier und beginnt nun seine Karriere. Derzeit absolviert er ein Praktikum bei der UNO. In seiner Freizeit geht Ramis gerne wandern und verbringt Zeit in der Natur, bouldert, liest, verfolgt Science-Fiction- und Fantasy Fernsehserien und spricht über soziale Themen und Politik.

Your new flatmates are Ramis (25) and Clemens (22). We like to talk to each other and every now and then we cook together. Before, we also used to go to the gym together. We hold a simple life and try to maintain a weekly cleaning schedule.
Ramis came to Vienna to do his masters in social sciences, after which he stayed here and now is starting his career. He is currently doing an internship with the IAEA. In his free time, Ramis likes hiking and spending time in nature, bouldering, reading, watching sci-fi and fantasy series and discussing about social issues and politics.

That includes respect toward each other, open communication, being considerate of each other's needs (e.g., not being unreasonably loud when others are sleeping in the morning or evening) and doing your part of the house cleaning.
