Hi peoples,
since I will move together with my girlfriend, the Rainergasse community is searching for its newest member.
As of now, Sofya and Felix will be staying in the apartment, even though Sofya is currently also looking for flats.
At the moment I (Mark) am in contract with the landlord, which is why you must then take over the contract (Hauptmiete).
Sofya is 24, studying architecture at TU and working on the side. She's into arts and (a bit )into sports.
Felix is 27 and just started his phd at TU. He enjoys outdoor activities and good talks. We like chill together in the kitchen with a bottle of good wine (or decent because money). From time to time we also go partying together.
Our flat is located in a very calm and central area in the 4th district (especially perfect for TU students - you can reach the university in 5 min by bim). There are a lot of shops, cafes and a really chill park nearby.
The whole appartement is 82 m2 and has three rooms (one room with 13 m2 and 2 rooms each roughly 20 m2).
Smoking is generally allowed in the kitchen. As long as Sofya lives here, she will probably be smoking there. Felix does not smoke.
Your room will be one of the larger ones and costs roughly 450€ per month (all included). However, since you will be in contract with the landlord, you can make your own calculations + energy is probably going to be less expensive. Also, I want to leave some furniture in the room and ask for some money. Although as of now I'm not 100% sure what to leave, I'll hopefully figure this out soon.
Also, Sofya is planning to move out in March to move in together with her best friend. Thus, you will probably have the opportunity to choose your future flatmates yourself as well as your preferred room.
