Sehr geräumiges und voll ausgestattetes Altbau Zimmer in super Lage. Zimmer ist separat begehbar.
Großer Holzschrank ist auch drinnen, für ein bisschen Zeug von Dir :)
Alles nötige und mehr ist vorhanden
Neue Küche wird gerade eingebaut.
Generell ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig (90m2) mit großem Wohnzimmer und geräumigen Esszimmer.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ca. 7min zum Naschmarkt (also auch 7min zur U Bahn U4 Kettenbrückengasse) und 5min zur U1 Taubstummengasse. Die Bim Linien 1,62 und WLB sind in ca. 2min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zum Einkaufen ist ein Penny direkt im die Ecke (1min), sonst gäbe es noch einen Billa (3min)/ Spar (4min).
Sind beides Studierende an der WU.
Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt, jeder räumt sein Zeug auf und Freitags ist Putztag ;)
Voraussichtlich werden aber beide Zimmer vermietet, weswegen der/die zweite MitbwohnerIn noch nicht fest steht.
Für die Kurze Zeit sollte es allerdings sicherlich ausgehen.
