Großes möbliertes Zimmer in einer 3er WG im 4. (obersten) Stock eines Altbaus. Das Fenster geht auf die Schönbrunnerstraße Richtung Süd-Ost und bekommt den ganzen Tag viel Sonne ab. Es gibt eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit Essecke und allen notwendigen Geräten, inklusive Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler.
A large furnished room in a 3-person WG on the 4th (top) floor of an Altbau. The window looks out on Schönbrunnerstrasse facing south-east and gets a lot of sunshine all day. There is a large shared kitchen with a dining area and all the necessary appliances, incuding a microwave and a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bruno-Kreisky-Parks und der U4 Margaretengürtel, man muss nur die Treppe hinunter gehen. Bei einem der Ausgänge der U4 befindet sich auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, wo die Straßenbahnen Nr. Die Straßenbahnlinien 6 und 18 fahren hier vorbei, so dass man den Hauptbahnhof leicht erreichen kann. Billa und Hofer sind beide nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, es gibt auch eine Tankstelle in der Nähe für die Nacht und am Wochenende Lebensmittel einkaufen Bedürfnisse.
The apartment is located right next to the Bruno-Kreisky Park and U4 Margaretengürtel, all it takes is to go downstairs. By one of the U4 exits there is also a tram stop where trams no. 6 and 18 pass, making it very easy to rech the Hauptbahnhof. Billa and Hofer are both a 2-minute walk away, there is also a gas stop nearby for night and weekend grocery shopping needs.
Wir sind eine 3-Personen-WG - ich werde während eures Aufenthaltes weg sein, dann bleiben Nina aus Slowenien, die Jazzpianistin ist, und Vova aus der Ukraine, die 3D-Design und digitales Marketing macht. Die Stimmung ist sehr entspannt - wir sind eher mit unseren eigenen Dingen beschäftigt und verbringen nicht so viel Zeit zu Hause, aber alle verstehen sich gut und sind immer füreinander da. Wenn wir uns treffen, dann meist in der Küche, wenn wir Freunde einladen, gemeinsam kochen usw.
We are a 3-person WG - I will be away during your stay, that leaves Nina from Slovenia who is a jazz pianist and Vova from Ukraine who does 3D-design and digital marketing. The vibe is very relaxed - we are more often busy with our own things and don't spend so much time at home, however everyone gets along well and is always there for each other. When we socialize it is most often in the kitchen, inviting friends over, cooking together etc.
