das zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer,
der eingebaute Flur und das große hochbett sorgen allerdings für genung privatsphäre! :)
auserdem ist es sehr groß und geräumig
und ich habs sehr gern auf grud seiner verschachtelung und den vielen ebenen ( unten/wohnbereich oben/schlafbereich.. + kellerartiger abstell flur) :))))

the built-in hallway and the large loft bed provide enough privacy! :)
it is also very large and spacious
and i like it very much because of its nesting and the many levels (downstairs/living area upstairs/sleeping area... + cellar-like storage hallway) :))))

und der hundsturm platz vor der tür ist ein kleiner dorfplatzt für sich... post trafik billa schlüssel/schuhservice Tanke gourmet-fish geschäft und zwei hofer sind in 5min zu erreichen
der einsiedlerpark 2 min ums eck hat ne sauna tischtennis tische basketball platz hundezohne kinderspielplatz und bänke und ein kleinen laden visavie der auch sonntags auf hatt! ;)
grün: schönbrunn und auch der wienerberg sind mim rad schnell erreicht!

konsti ist noch in den letzen zügen der masterarbeit
felix wird ziemlich beschäftigt sein mit arbeit im kunst bereich
tom arbeitet im sozial bereich.
sommer in der schöni ist quirlig und ruhig zu gleich
wir haben einen sehr entspannten und rücksichtsvollen offenen umgang miteinander :)
wir sind alle eher von der lährm unenpfindlichen sorte!
wir haben einen putzplan 4 leute und 4 bereiche zu putzen <- funktioniert!
auch ne kleine wg kasse für spühlmittel zweibeln und so gemeinschafts kram
kannst uns gern mal in nem video call oder auch persönlich kennenlernen!!

konsti is still in the final stages of her master's thesis
felix will be quite busy with work in the art field
tom is working in the social field.
summer at schöni is lively and quiet at the same time
we have a very relaxed and considerate open interaction with each other :)
we are all rather of the lährm unenfindliche sort!
we have a cleaning plan 4 people and 4 areas to clean <- works!
also a small wg cash register for detergents and community stuff
you are welcome to meet us in a video call or in person!!!
ich hab ein gelbes fahrad das kann sich gern ausgelihen werden :)
platz im zimmer können wir uns gern ausmachen wieviel du brauchst was ich alles wegräumen soll!! :))

zum rauchen nach absprache gelegentlich ne tschick am offenen Küchen fenster geht klar!! ;)
besuch von freund_Innen ist erlaubt !! :) (nach kurzer absprache versteht sich)
