Das Zimmer wird gerade zum 2. Mal neu bestrichen. Das Regal auf dem Foto kann gerne übernommen werden - die Bohrungen dafür wurden schon an der Wand gemacht. Den Stehtisch würde ich auch dazu schenken.
Die Fenster zeigen nach Süd-Westen, was für ein angenehmes helles Licht sorgt und man schaut direkt auf den Garten.
Ein eigenes Bad mit Waschbecken und Dusche ist direkt mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden. Im Gang befindet sich noch ein WC. Ich habe selber ein eigenes WC ;)

The room is being painted for the second time right now. You're welcome to take the shelf in the photo—the holes for it have already been drilled into the wall. The standing desk can also be taken over.
The windows face southwest, which means the room gets plenty of nice, bright light and looks right out over the garden.
The bedroom is directly connected to a private bathroom with a sink and shower. There's another toilet in the hallway. I have a separate toilet, by the way ;)

Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind zwei Billa Supermärkte, ein Hofer, ein Penny, sowie ein Spar.
Gegenüber der Wohnung quer durch den Park gibt es auch eine Post, Tankstelle und Trafik.

Am Gürtel fahren die 6 und 18 (3 Minuten Gehzeit, direkt zum West- oder Hauptbahnhof nur ein paar Stationen). Zur U-Bahn-Station Margaretengürtel geht man zu Fuß auch nur 5min und die U6 erreicht man in 10min. Die Buslinien 59A und 12A erreicht man auch in wenigen Minuten.

Just a few minutes' walk away, there are two Billa supermarkets, a Hofer, a Penny, and a Spar.
Across the park opposite the flat, there’s also a post office, a petrol station, and a tobacco shop.

The 6 and 18 trams are just a 3-minute walk away at the Gürtel, taking you straight to the Westbahnhof or Hauptbahnhof train station, in just a few stops. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Margaretengürtel underground station (U4), and from there, you can get to the U6 in about 10 minutes. The 59A and 12A bus lines are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Zu mir etwas: Ich heiße Sophie, bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere jetzt im 8. Semester Humanmedizin.
Ich bin selber zweisprachig aufgewachsen (Eng/De), mein Spanisch ist etwas eingerostet aber kann gerne wieder aufgefrischt werden ;)
Ich interessiere mich für viiele Themen (Musik, Literatur, Kunst, Naturwissenschaften) und verbringe meine Abende am liebsten mit Freunden in einem ruhigen Setting.

Tierlieb/tolerant ist für mich eine Voraussetzung - meine 2 Katzen sind stubenrein, seeehr verliebt, menschenbezogen, & stören null.
Dazu kommt noch ein Aquarium und meine Schlange (das Terrarium steht in meinem Zimmer, sie ist sehr ängstlich :)
Wer Tiere mitbringen will, muss sie im eigenen Zimmer halten. Nagetiere sind mit den Katzen etwas schwierig, Vögel, Hunde und andere Katzen sind nicht erlaubt.

A bit about me: My name is Sophie (24 years old) and am currently in my 8th semester of medical studies.
I was raised bilingual (English/German), my Spanish is a bit rusty but I'm keen to brush up on it ;)
I'm interested in various topics (music, literature, art, science) and I usually spend my evenings hanging out with friends in a laid-back setting.

Being okay with animals is a must for me - my 2 cats are house-trained, very affectionate, people-oriented, and not bothersome at all.
I also have an aquarium and a snake (her terrarium is in my room, she's quite shy :).
Anyone wanting to bring pets must keep them in their own room. Rodents can be a problem with the cats; and birds, dogs, and other cats are not allowed.
