Das Zimmer ist ca. 11qm groß und angenehm hell. Es ist möbliert mit Matratze, Kommode, Regalen und Garderobe. Vom Fenster sieht man auf den begrünten Platz vor dem Haus und morgens scheint die Sonne durch die großen Fenster :) Es ist eine ruhige Straße, aber die Öffis sind sehr gut erreichbar.
In der Miete von 260€ ist bereits alles dabei (Strom, Gas, Internet etc.)
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wlan etc und wir haben eine große, helle Wohnküche mit zwei Sofas als Gemeinschaftsraum :)
SHORT TIME RENT 3rd Feb - 29th Feb 2020
The room is app 11sqm large, furnished with mattress, drawer, shelf and wardrobe. From the window you can see the trees in front of the house and you get lovely morning sun through the large windows. The rent of 260€ includes everything (power, gas, wifi etc).
The flat is on the 3rd floor with elevator, it's fully furnished with a kitchen-living room, couches, dishwasher, washing maschine, Wifi and it is very bright.
Sehr zentrale Lage: Zu U1, U4, Karlsplatz und Naschmarkt sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Öffis erreicht man in 2min (13A, 1, 62, Badner Bahn). Ein Supermakrt ist direkt neben dem Haus, alle anderen Läden und Post in 5 min erreichbar. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Gegend.
Very centrally located: U1, U4, Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt are only 10 min walk. Other public transport you can reach in 2min (13A, 1, 62, Badner Bahn). There's a supermarket right next to our house, everything else is just 5min away. Lots of Bars and restaurants around.
Wir haben hier einen unkomplizierten und entspannten Umgang miteinander. Wir wünschen uns ein rücksichtsvolles und wohlwollendes Miteinander und finden es schön, wenn man auch mitbekommt, was bei den anderen so los ist und auch mal zusammen abhängt. Die Wohnung soll aber auch ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort sein, wo man sich auch Zeit für sich nehmen kann.
Wir möchten mit Leuten wohnen, die keine Lust auf Sexismus, Rassismus, Homophobie oder andere Diskriminierungsformen im Zusammenleben oder sonstwo haben.
Außerdem wünschen wir uns, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird, die anfallenden Aufgaben gemeinschaftlich aufgeteilt und die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber gehalten werden.
Manuel: Ich bin Ende Zwanzig, wohne seit einigen Jahren in Wien, arbeite im psychosozialen Bereich und mache gern Musik :)
Michi: Ich bin Mitte Zwanzig, auf Arbeitssuche, mache gern Sport und geh gerne raus spazieren.
We have a very uncomplicated and relaxed atmosphere in our flat. We like to hang out together but also see the flat as a place where we can retreat and be for ourself. Mutual respect, tidiness in the common spaces and non-smoking indoors is important to us. We don't want sexism, racism, homophobia or any other discriminating behavior in our flat or elsewhere.
Manuel: I'm in my late twenties, in my work I support people with mental sufferings and I love music.
Michi: I'm in my mid twenties :) and currently looking for a job. I like to do sports and go out for a walk.
