12qm Zimmer in Bruno-Kreisky-Park 3er WG – mit Katze

Wir, Marlies und Eva, ziehen ab 1. Juli zusammen und suchen ab Anfang oder auch Mitte Juli eine*n 3. Mitbewohner*in!

Wohnung: Die Altbauwohnung ist in der Schönbrunnerstraße im 5. Bezirk direkt gegenüber vom Bruno Kreisky Park, U-Bahn Station Margaretengürtel, hat ca. 90qm, eine super schöne Küche mit Esstisch am Fenster, einen Vorraum, den wir auch als Gemeinschaftsraum gestalten wollen und getrenntes Bad und WC. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind auch da.

Das Zimmer hat 12qm und ein südseitiges Fenster in den ruhigen, begrünten Innenhof. Die 4m hohen Decken machen ein Hochbett möglich – das gibt es zwar noch nicht, aber wir würden tatkräftig beim Bauen helfen. Miete beträgt ca. € 340,- und die Kaution € 1.333,-.

Zu uns: Marlies studiert Germanistik und Anglistik, unterrichtet auch genau das und kann die Kommasetzung trotzdem nicht. Sie ist unsere Katzenmama, bäckt immer wieder Köstlichkeiten und ist auch an der Leinwand eine Künstlerin.
Eva arbeitet in der prekären aber bunten Kulturwelt, studiert zwischendrin Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaft, ist in politischen Zusammenhängen aktiv und tanzt gern mal durch die Nacht.
Bonnie, ist die 4. im Bunde: ein großes, verspieltes, manchmal kuscheliges, manchmal grantiges Fellknäuel.

Wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam, machen Spiel- oder Filmabende, diskutieren gerne über Brisantes und tauschen uns über Belangloses aus, aber lassen uns auch unsere Freiräume, respektieren und schätzen einander. Bei kreativen Käse-Toastvariatonen sind wir uns immer einig. Wir wünschen uns ein gemeinschaftliches, respektvolles Miteinander und ein politisches, sensibles Bewusstsein für die Welt rundherum. Wir freuen uns auf ein schönes gemeinsames Zuhause-Leben, sowohl in der Wohnung als auch im quasi hauseigenen Park.

Hi!

With the first of July us two, Marlies and Eva, will be moving in together and are now looking for a third person to join us!

About the apartment: it is located in the 5th district of Vienna, directly next to Bruno-Kreisky-Parc and the metro station Margaretengürtel, the 90square meter big apartment is in a very beautiful, old building with high ceilings. The sunny kitchen is large enough for a dining table next to the window and we also want to use the space in the hallway as common space with a nice sofa etc. There is, of course, a bathroom and a separate toilet and we also have a dishwasher as well as a washing machine!

The free room you could rent is 12square meter big and costs € 340,- a month. It is very sunny as it has a window facing south and very quiet as it is overlooking a green inner courtyard. As the ceilings are very high, it is possible to build in a loft bed, which we do not yet own but we’d love to help you with the construction. The security deposit is € 1.333,-.

About us: Marlies is currently studying English and German in the BEd program. Although she is already teaching various courses, she still struggles with using commas correctly. She is the flat’s cat mum, regularly provides loved ones with baked goods (thank you Great British Bake Off) and also loves to spend the evenings painting.
Eva is working in the precarious but colourful cultural universe and studies theatre-, film and media studies. She is very politically active and loves to dance through the nights.
And then there is Bonnie! She is our large, fluffy, playful, sometimes cuddly, sometimes hangry, very much beloved cat!

We love to cook and eat together in the evenings, watch movies or have friends over to play games and/or have a drink. At times we’ll eagerly discuss critical subjects, at times we’ll chit chat over nothing really. We’ll be there for you to talk over a cup of coffee but also respect each others’ private space and allow time and room to be alone. It is very important to us to create a communal and respectful atmosphere in our new home, and be politically aware and sensible for our surroundings.
We're already very excited to find a third person to live with us.
