Der Preis von 470€ versteht sich als Warm-Preis. In den Gesamtkosten sind alle Nebenkosten: Möblierung, Warmwasser, Heizung, Internet und Strom includiert. Das Zimmer hat 16m2 mit eigener (Alleinbenutzung) Küche (5m2). Im Grundriss handelt es sich um das kleinere Zimmer gleich beim Eingang. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll hell möbliert. Das Mobiliar kann, muss aber nicht verwendet werden. Eine eigene Küche zu alleinigen Bentzung ist gleich nebenan. Zwei Stiegenläufe höher befindet sich eine riesige Gemeinschaftsterrasse, die ebenfalls zur Mitbenutzung einlädt.
Wohnung wurde 2018 vollständig renoviert, ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls in der WG.

Room has 16m2 plus own kitchen with 5m2. There is a terrace on the roof which can be used as well. The flat was renovated in 2018 and is very clean. We also have our own washing machine in the bathroom to share.
Im anderen Teil der Wohnung, lebe ich (Monique, 24) mit meiner kleinen Frenchie Hündin Milou. Zwar haben wir beide unsere eigenen Bereiche und somit viel Privatsphäre, aber mir liegt auch viel daran dass wir uns gut verstehen. Ich studiere an der Hauptuni und arbeite als Kellnerin. Mein großes Hobby ist mein Hund und mit ihr bin ich auch viel unterwegs. Außerdem gehe ich gerne Kaffeetrinken und am Abend auch gerne mal in eine Bar.
The other part of the flat is rented by me (Monique, 24) and my little Frenchie Milou. I study at the university and work as a waitress in a local Restaurant. There is a lot of privacy in the flat as we both have our own space, but I also like to connect with you and have a chat sometimes. My main hobby is my dog and we are outside most of the time. I like to go for coffee in the afternoon or visit close by bars in the evening. You are welcome to join anytime :)
