The apartment has 3 individual rooms, a big living room + kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and several corridors and entrance space. We do also have a basement space for storage. Is a 5th with lift, and both sides of the apartment have windows to courtyards so it's pretty bright, the one in the living room is full of trees, both very quiet, and apartment ceilings are very high. We have a new washing machine, oven and microwave. The 302 euros includes internet. 4 times a year we get gas and electricity bill and a yearly fee of 50 for the insurance.
Your room is the smallest but also the cheapest and more private one, if you have music on it can barely be heard in the living room ;) The last two pictures are the state of the room right now, the previous flatmate will take only the chair and lamp. You will have the big white wardrobe that has tons of space to storage things, and can have the bed structure and mattress (200x140) and the big table, all for 100€.
This is a very nice location in the 5th District, near Hauptbahnhof and lines 1, 62, WLB to Karlsplatz, supermarkets Hofer, Billa and Spar Gourmet, Bipa and DM, including Sunday's open train station shops. Karlsplatz at walking distance anyway, and there is a park very near.
Please notice, we are looking for someone from 23 to 35!
In the apartment there is one girl of 24 from Südtirol and another of 29 Basque Country, both students and workers. Different people from more or less the same group lived here in the past years, both female and male, we don't care at all about this. Important thing is that we smoke in the living room, this needs to be considered. We have a relaxed living together and we spend also time together, so would be nice if we would have someone that likes that too, but privacy in the rooms is always respected anyway. Cats are welcome, other pets can be discussed but please no dogs.
Apart from this I suggest you come to check the place and meet! Looking forward to meeting you ;)
