Also! Wir haben ein Zimmer ca. 20 m^2, das am Anfang Juli frei werden! Preis, Gegend, Wohnung, etc sind großartig! Und unsere bleibende Mitbewohnern sind super :)
Das Zimmer is ca. 20 m^2 aber es kann sein, dass es ein bisschen größer ist! Darin blieben eine Matratze, Sofa, Couchtisch, ein Glas-Schreibtisch, und viel Platz Yoga oder sport oder was zu machen!
Die Wohnung liegt auf den Erdgeschoss, aber man kann nicht von außen reinsehen und die Straße ist sehr ruhig.

The room is about 20 m^2, but could actually be a bit larger. What stays inside is a mattress, sofa, a desk and a small couch table. There is plenty of room to do yoga, sports, or whatever you like!
The apartment is on the ground floor, but no one can see inside (unless they are like 3 meters tall), and the street is super calm.
Die Lage an der Grenze vom 5. zum 4. Bezirk ist super praktisch - zum Hauptbahnhof sind es knapp 10 min zu Fuß, in wenigen Minuten findet man außerdem diverse Straßenbahnen (1,18,62,WLB) und auch mit dem Rad ist man sehr gut angebunden (Abstellmöglichkeiten dafür gibt es im Hof).
In ca 1 min erreicht man außerdem den schönen Alois-Drasche-Park der vor allem im Frühling und Sommer ein super Ort zum Sonnen, Picknicken und Tischtennis Spielen ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art (Spar, Hofer, Denns, Bild, dm,... alles was das Herz begehrt) findet man in wenigen Minuten Gehweite auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße.

The flat is located in the 5th district, next to the border to the 4th. To Hauptbahnhof its a 10 min walk and even closer you can find a lot of tram stations (1,8,62,WLB) and it’s also really easy to use your bike around (there is place to park it in the courtyard)
In under 1 min you can reach the lovely Alois-Drasche-Park, especially in spring it’s really nice to go there and have a picknick, play table tennis or just enjoy the sun.
For groceries and other stuff you need there are a lot of shops in short walking distance at the Wiedner Hauptstraße (Spar, Hofer, Denns, Billa, dm,…)
Unser Zusammenleben in der Wg ist harmonisch und sehr entspannt. Tagsüber sind wir zwar meist alle mit verschiedensten Dingen beschäftigt, trotzdem trifft man sich immer wieder in der Küche, plaudert, trinkt gemeinsam einen Kaffee oder genießt die Abendsonne am Balkon, ab und zu wird am Wochenende auch gerne mal gemeinsam gekocht. Wir essen vor allem vegetarisch, aber es stört uns nicht, wenn du Fleisch isst!

Alina (20)
arbeitet als Grafikdesignerin, verbringt die restliche Zeit gerne draußen oder auch mit Zeichnen oder auf der Gitarre herumzupfen
Jawid (32)
Kommt aus Afghanistan, studiert Pharmazie in Wien seit 4 Jahre und kocht super leckeres afghanisches Essen, das er gerne mir dir teilt :)
Milad
ist super entspannt und gesellig, verkauft im Sommer am Karlsplatz Bier und bastelt im Wintersemester an seiner Masterarbeit (seine Lieblingsfarbe ist grün)

Our living together is harmonic and very relaxed. During the day we are usually quite busy doing different stuff but every now and then we meet in the kitchen, have a chat and a coffee together, enjoy the evening sun on the balcony and sometimes on the weekends we cook together.

is a graphic designer who is super chill and likes to spend her time drawing or playing guitar.
Jawid (32)
is from Afghanistan and has studied pharmacy in Vienna for four years now. He cooks amazing afghani food and loves to share :)

is super chill and social, in the summer selling beer at Karlsplatz, in the winter working on his master thesis
