FLINTA* gesucht für 3er WG

Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Bezirk, direkt am Einsiedlerplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in jede Richtung, ein Billa ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Margaretengürtel ist nicht weit weg und etwa fünf Minuten entfernt befindet sich eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle von der man in etwa 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist.
Auch Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in nächster Nähe.

Wir sind Dana ,23 und Melina, 27.
Dana studiert Industrial Design an der Angewandten und arbeitet nebenbei in einem Second Hand Laden. Melina studiert ebenfalls an der Angewandten (Kunstlehramt) und arbeitet nebenher im Kino.

Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG, also hängen, wenn die Zeit da ist, zu Hause rum und reden über unseren Tag oder wer uns heute wieder aufgeregt hat (haha). Dementsprechend suchen wir eine Person, die prinzipiell offen für gemeinsam Tee trinken/ Abendessen/ Kochen/ Trash TV schauen? wäre :)
Natürlich respektieren wir auch unsere Rückzugsbedürfnisse und legen viel Wert auf eine angenehme Wohnsituation für alle.

Wir teilen außerdem ein Interesse für queerfeministische Themen/Events und legen viel Wert auf Offenheit und Toleranz. <3

Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang April frei.

We have a room available in our shared flat!
It is about 22 square meters and costs 450€ warm (ignore the cold rent above). The room faces north but is very bright due to the two large windows (in the afternoon you even have direct sunlight).
Next to the open kitchen there is a large dining room, which also serves as a living room and thus offers even more living space.
The rooms all have very large windows and high ceilings, which makes the apartment very bright.
I would give the built-in loft bed to the next tenant for a payment, including slatted frame and mattress. In addition, the Kallax shelf under the bed would remain in the room.

The apartment is located in the 5th district, directly on Einsiedlerplatz.
There are shopping facilities in every direction, a Billa is a minute's walk away.
The subway station Margaretengürtel is not far and there is a train station about five minutes away from which you can reach Wien Hauptbahnhof in about 10 minutes.
Bars and restaurants are also in the neighbourhood.

We are Dana, 23, and Melina, 27.
Dana is studying Industrial Design at the Angewandte and works part-time in a second-hand store. Melina is also studying at the Angewandte (art teaching) and works part-time in a movie theater.

We are by no means a convenience WG, so when we have time, we hang out at home and talk about our day or who has upset us again today (haha). Accordingly, we are looking for someone who would be open to drinking tea/having dinner/cooking/ watching trash TV? together :)
Of course, we also respect each other's needs for privacy and pay attention to a comfortable living situation for everyone.

We also share an interest in queerfeminist topics/events and value openness and tolerance. <3

The room is available from the beginning of April.
