In der Wohnung gibt es eine Küche mit Essplatz und Tür zum Balkon, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine separate Toilette und die anderen 3 WG-Zimmer.

In the apartment is a kitchen with dining area and door to the balcony, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and the other 3 WG rooms.
Die Lage an der Grenze vom 5. zum 4. Bezirk ist super praktisch - zum Hauptbahnhof sind es knapp 10 min zu Fuß, in wenigen Minuten findet man außerdem diverse Straßenbahnen (1,18,62,WLB) und auch mit dem Rad ist man sehr gut angebunden (Abstellmöglichkeiten dafür gibt es im Hof).
In ca 1 min erreicht man außerdem den schönen Alois-Drasche-Park der vor allem im Frühling und Sommer ein super Ort zum Sonnen, Picknicken und Tischtennis Spielen ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art (Spar, Hofer, Denns, Bild, dm,... alles was das Herz begehrt) findet man in wenigen Minuten Gehweite auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße.

The location on the border of the 5th to the 4th district is super convenient - to the main station it is just 10 min walk, in a few minutes you can also find various tramways (1,18,62,WLB) and also with the bike you are very well connected (parking facilities for it are in the yard).
In about 1 min you can also reach the beautiful Alois Drasche Park, which is especially in spring and summer a great place to sunbathe, picnic and play table tennis or basketball.
Shopping facilities of all kinds (Spar, Hofer, Denns, Bild, dm,... everything your heart desires) can be found within a few minutes walking distance on the Wiedner Hauptstraße.
Grundsätzlich sind wir mehr eine Zweck-WG als eine WG unter Freunden, was aber nicht bedeutet, dass unser WG-Leben nicht harmonisch und entspannt ist. Alle WG-Bewohner sind berufstätig und gehen untertags ihren Beschäftigungen nach. Nichtsdestotrotz trifft man sich auch immer wieder in der Küche, plaudert, trinkt morgens einen Kaffee zusammen oder genießt die Abendsonne am Balkon. Für Parties oder lange Abende mit vielen Leuten in der WG sind alle nicht mehr so in der Stimmung, dennoch sind Freunde und Besucher natürlich immer willkommen.

Basically, we are more of a purpose WG than a WG among friends, but this does not mean that our WG life is not harmonious and relaxed. All the flatmates are employed and go about their business during the day. Nevertheless, we always meet in the kitchen, chat, have a coffee together in the morning or enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. Everyone is no longer in the mood for parties or long evenings with lots of people in the shared apartment, but friends and visitors are of course always welcome.
Die aktuelle Wg-Besetzung:
Jawid (32) arbeitet seit letzem Jahr als Pharmazeut und kocht gerne.
Mahir (24) arbeitet Vollzeit im Bereich Financial Advisory, kocht sehr gerne gemeinsam und verbringt gerne gemeinsame Abende. Ab und zu geht er ins Fitnessstudio und spielt Fußball.
Kamal (26) ist derzeit in der Gastro tätig, aber seine eigentliche Berufung ist es das Tauchen zu unterrichten. Wenn er nicht in der Natur unterwegs ist zockt oder liest er gerne.

Jawid (32) has been working as a pharmacist since last year and likes to cook.
Mahir (24) works full time in Financial Advisory, loves to cook together and spend evenings together. From time to time he goes to the gym and plays soccer.
Kamal (26) is currently working in gastronomy, but his real calling is teaching scuba diving. When he is not out in nature he likes to play video games or read.
