*****Part time means someone who is not in Vienna the whole month. For example, someone who is here for work 5 days in a month. There is no strict definition here, it can be flexible, but the room isn't available for someone to live in full-time.

The room is located within a 75m2 (81m2 including balcony) apartment in a great location in central Vienna.
The room is bright, furnished and a nice size:

Awesome location - really! You can be in the airport in 45 minutes, at the main train station in 10 minutes and in the centre in 10 minutes.
The flat is on Ziegelofengasse in the 5th district (Margareten).
Public transport
- 1min to 13A bus (great line from the main train station (Haubtbahnhof) to Mariahilferstraße
- 1min to 59A bus (Karlsplatz to Miedling)

The flat is setup well for us to have both our own space but also shared lounge, kitchen and balcony. The rooms are separately accessible.
About me:
I'm Tom, from York in the U.K. I just left my role as Content Lead for a mental health app & I'm also completing a part-time masters in St.Pölten. So during September I'll be looking for my new job & focusing on improving my German, maybe you can help ;)
I'm a friendly and helpful kind of guy and I enjoy a positive outlook on life. I eat mostly vegetarian but have no problem if you don't. I've done some travelling to places like Brazil and India and I really enjoy open-minded people! I'm interested in just about everything, but especially: music, sports, psychology.
Super happy to have a beer or wine in the evening and talk about life, or to respect your privacy and give you some space. I trained in Psychology so people often love to chat with me!
Some practical aspects:
- I speak some German but English communication is preferred
- A general level of cleanliness is expected, plus respect for each other's boundaries (eg noise)
- It's a relatively calm and quiet building, a couple of families and older people so not a great space for parties
- Depending on how the cost of living develops, there may be changes to the gas and electric, which we can discuss and communicate about
- I have a lot of plants and I love them! So its important you at least respect this
A reminder ---- This is for PART TIME occupancy.
I'm always open to here ideas but please take the time to read the information before reaching out.
I would also add that as I've only been in the apartment since April, there's still more to add and improvements to make. Even if it's already pretty good!
