Ein wunderschönes Zimmer mitten im 5. Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist momentan möbliert und wird auch möbliert vermietet. 😊
Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon, was ein tolles Frühstück mit Parkblick ermöglicht.
Die Wände wurden auch wieder neu (weiß) gestrichen und bieten super viele Möglichkeiten, ob Pflanzen, Regale oder Spiegel. Der schöne Altbauboden rundet das Zimmer im 3. Stock ab.
Die Wohnung ist direkt 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur U4 Station Margaretengürtel erreichbar. Es gibt unzählige nette Kaffees und Lokale in der Nähe sowie den Wienfluss. Die zentral gelegene Wohnung ermöglicht somit viele Optionen für die Freizeit. Auch Schönbrunn ist in der Nähe und einfach mit den Öffis erreichbar. Der 5. Bezirk ist ein sehr hipper Bezirk in Wien, mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten!
Zusätzlich ist ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon für das ganze Stockwerk gegenüber vom Aufzug am Gang vorhanden.
Die WG ist eine ruhige und aufgeschlossene Studentinnen WG. Die große Küche bietet sich ideal zum gemeinsamen plaudern und Zeit verbringen an.
Eine gute Balance zwischen gemeinsamer Zeit und Zeit für einen alleine ist in der WG allen wichtig :)
Ab und an unternehmen wir auch gerne etwas zusammen. Die WG ist sehr unkompliziert und im Idealfall auf der Suche nach einer Person welche auch längerfristig in der WG bleiben möchte. 😊

Hi! We are looking for a new tenant for one of the rooms in this beautiful Viennese apartment. Being centrally located in the 5th district you are able to reach the metro U4 in 2 minutes by foot. You also have a park right infront of your doorstep. With the apartment being on the third floor you also have a nice view, especially from your own balcony. A common balcony for the whole floor of the building is also available for use.
The room currently has furniture in it which will also stay in the room.
