Ein großes Altbauzimmer mitten im 5. Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist momentan möbliert mit einem Bett, Kasten und Schreibtisch. Es wird auch möbliert vermietet.
Das Zimmer liegt Straßenseitig in Richtung Park ohne einem Gebäude davor. Somit ist es auch immer schön hell und hat einen tollen Ausblick.
Die Wände sind neu (weiß) gestrichen. Die hohen Wände bieten super viele Möglichkeiten, ob Pflanzen, Regale oder Spiegel. Der schöne Altbauboden rundet das Zimmer ab im 3. Stock ab.
Die Wohnung ist direkt 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur U4 Station Margaretengürtel erreichbar. Es gibt unzählige nette Kaffees und Lokale in der Nähe sowie den Wienfluss.Die zentral gelegene Wohnung ermöglicht somit viele Optionen für die Freizeit. Auch Schönbrunn ist in der Nähe und einfach mit den Öffis erreichbar. Der 5. Bezirk ist ein sehr hipper Bezirk in Wien, mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten!
Ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon ist für das ganze Stockwerk gegenüber vom Aufzug am Gang vorhanden.
Durch die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Küche und im Vorzimmer, kann man ideal Zeit miteinander verbringen, sowie auch genug Freiraum haben um sich zurückzuziehen.
Insgesamt ist die WG recht ruhig und das Zusammenleben ist sehr harmonisch. Zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen gerade erst ein und im Juni sind wir auf der Suche nach Dir! 😊

Hi!
A room in this beautiful Viennese apartment is now vacant. Being centrally located in the 5th district you are able to reach the metro U4 in 2 minutes by foot. You also have a park right infront of your doorstep. With the apartment being on the third floor you also have a nice view. A common balcony for the whole floor of the building is also available for use.
The room currently has furniture in it. It will be rented out with the furniture in place as well.
The room is available from the first of June and can be viewed from now on.
