Versuchen Individualität und gemeinsames Leben unter einen Hut zu bringen; gemeinsame Aktivitäten eher weniger als mehr - wenn es sich ergibt immer gerne und immer mit viel Spaß; wir rauchen rücksichtsvoll im Wohnzimmer; teilen viele, aber nicht alle Lebensmittel; respektieren Privatsphäre und Ruhebedürfnisse; achten auf Sauberkeit (Putzplan) und übernehmen kollektiv und individuell Verantwortung für unseren Lebensraum; können keine haarigen Haustiere haben (Allergien).

About us: at the moment we are 4 persons (2m/2f) all in their 30ies and 40ies; all working. We try to combine individuality and collective living; collective activities are rare, but welcome and always great fun, when they happen; we smoke considerately in the living room; share most but not all food; keep our shared spaces clean (yes, there’s a plan for that) and take individual and collective responsibility; cannot have hairy pets (allergies).

About you: you have chosen collective living for other than purely financial reasons, but are not looking for family-like relations; you take responsibility on your own accord and are looking for a long-term room; bonus: you have experience with living in shared flats.
