Fully furnished 17 m2 room with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe, a corner lamp, a desk with chair, a bookshelf, plants and a meditation cushion. Through the windows one sees the beautiful trees of the building's inner court. The room is very calm and bright.
The cold rent is EUR 595. Additional EUR 150 for water, electricity, gas, internet and property maintenance.
The apartment is fully furnished. There's a big living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Another bedroom, which is mine.
Central location within 3 min walk to the U-Bahn station Kettenbrückengasse at Naschmarkt. Within 5 min walking distance to SPAR, BILLA, BIPA and Hofer. 10 min walk to Karlsplatz and 17 min to Stephansplatz at the heart of Vienna. Many cafes, restaurants, bars and yoga studios in the vicinity. The apartment is incredibly calm despite its central location.
I am subletting this room since my flatmate will be traveling abroad for that time. I am vegan. I greatly value the time spent together sharing a meal or a cup of tea, and I also value one's private space. I like to take care of the cleanness of our place (without going mad if there's a plate left in the sink :D). Carefulness, empathy and mindful communication are core values that define this flat. I'm a research scientist originally from the south of Austria. I make regular business trips. Respectful people with high sense of empathy are very close to my heart.
