Euer Zimmer hat rund 24qm und durch die getrennten Stockwerke ist euch absolute Privatsphäre garantiert. Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und die Wohnung an sich bietet alles, was ihr zum Leben braucht. Mein Mitbewohner verreist für ein paar Wochen und wir dachten uns, dass wir das Zimmer einfach für den Zeitraum untervermieten.

Your room has about 24sqm and due to the separate floors you are guaranteed absolute privacy. The room is fully furnished and the apartment itself offers everything you need to live. My roommate is traveling for a few weeks and we thought that we simply sublet the room for the period.
Die Lage ist absolut TOP. Ihr habt U3, U4, U6 und den Westbahnhof fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft. Ihr werdet keinerlei Straßenlärm ausgesetzt sein, dennoch habt ihr ALLES, was ihr zum Leben braucht fußläufig um die Ecke. Mariahilfer, der 4. 6. und 7. Bezirk sind quasi um die Ecke und bieten euch von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sozialer Infrastruktur, Bars/Clus, Restaurants, etc. alles was ihr braucht :)

The location is absolutely TOP. You have U3, U4, U6 and the Westbahnhof within 5 minutes walking distance. It is a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. You will not be exposed to any street noise, yet you have EVERYTHING you need to live within walking distance around the corner. Mariahilfer, the 4th 6th and 7th district are virtually around the corner and offer you everything you need from shopping, social infrastructure, bars/clubs, restaurants, etc. :)
Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Im Sommer bin ich die meiste Zeit draußen. Ich werde die Wohnung meistens gegen 10 Uhr morgens verlassen und gegen 20 Uhr abends wiederkommen. Des Weiteren werde ich fix 2 Wochenenden nicht in Wien sein sowie Ende August rund 8 Tage auf Urlaub sein. Ihr habt die Wohnung also auch häufig einfach für euch alleine. Ich bin sehr tolerant und solang die Küche und Bad keine kompletten Katastrophen sind, könnt ihr machen, was immer ihr wollt :) Also echt 0 Stress mit allem!

I am 33 years old and working. In the summer I am outside most of the time. I will leave the apartment mostly around 10am and come back around 8pm. Furthermore I will be gone at 2 weekends as well as spending a 8-day vacation at the end of August . So you will often have the apartment just for yourself. I am very tolerant and as long as the kitchen and bathroom are not complete disasters, you can do whatever you want :) So really 0 stress with everything!
Das Zimmer mit dem Bett wird euer Zimmer sein. Mein Zimmer ist hier nicht abgebildet (befindet sich in der oberen Etage).
