10m² Zimmer in 3er WG im 6. Bezirk

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen:
● U4 Magarentengürtel und U6 Gumpendorferstraße sind beide 4 min zu Fuß entfernt.
● Westbahnhof (U3) und Mariahilferstraße sind zu Fuß ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.
● An Supermärkten mangelt es definitiv nicht, Bars und Restaurant gibt es in der Nähe natürlich auch einige.
● Mit dem Fahrrad kann man bequem in 15 Minuten zur Hauptuni bzw. in die Innere Stadt kommen.
● Naschmarkt oder Haus des Meeres sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
● Eine Grünfläche bietet der Bruno-Kreisky-Park in der Nähe und für Jogger oder Sissi-Fans ist Schönbrunn auch nicht weit entfernt. ;)

Kurz zur Wohnung: Wlan, eine Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler sowie Weinregal und ein Bild von George W. Busch im Klo... was will man mehr? :D

Nun zu dem wer euch erwartet:

Vivi ist eine sehr fröhliche, offene Person, die gern unter Leuten ist, neues kennenlernt und kleinere sowie größere Abenteuer plant. Sie mag die Ruhe der Natur beim Wandern, aber genauso laute Tanznächte in Clubs, auf Raves oder daheim in der Küche :)

Flo ist eher ruhig und gerne auch mal bis spät nachts am Arbeiten. Abgesehen davon ist er sozial, macht gerne Sport und trinkt und tanzt mindestens genauso gern wie Vivi. Ob beim Rave, in der Uni oder beim Frühstück, Bier geht hier immer ;)

Vivi arbeitet Vollzeit und Flo studiert und arbeitet gleichzeitig. Wir sitzen gerne nach der Arbeit als WG auch mal gemeinsam zusammenzusitzen und bei einem Gläschen Wein übers Leben zu quatschen, gemeinsam zu kochen oder lassen den Abend mit einem Film auf unserem Beamer ausklingen.

Die WG soll ein lebendiger Ort sein und nicht nur ein aneinander Vorbeileben stattfinden.

Room:

Unfortunately, I have to move to Linz. Thus, with a heavy heart, my small but very lovely room in this 3-person shared apartment becomes available. Although the apartment is centrally located, the room is exceptionally quiet with a view into the green courtyard. Thanks to the morning sun, the plants thrive well, and in the summer, it's quite comfortable.

The room will be furnished with a mattress, bed boards, desk table and chair plus a wardrobe. Since I have invested some money into the room/apartment, there would be a one time fee of 50 EUR.

The apartment boasts a top location:

- Both U4 Magarentengürtel and U6 Gumpendorferstraße are just a 4-minute walk away.
- Westbahnhof (U3) and Mariahilferstraße are also within walking distance.
- Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are abundantly available nearby.
- You can easily reach the main university or the Inner City in 15 minutes by bike.
- Naschmarkt or Haus des Meeres are also just around the corner.
- For nature lovers, the Bruno Kreisky Park is nearby, and joggers or Sissi fans can easily reach Schönbrunn as well. ;)

A brief description of the apartment:

Wifi, a kitchen with a cooking island, dishwasher, and even a wine rack, plus a quirky picture of George W. Bush in the toilet... what more could you want? :D

Now, let's talk about the awesome people you'll be living with:

Vivi is a very cheerful and open person who enjoys being around others, discovering new things, and planning both small and big adventures. She relishes the tranquility of nature while hiking but is equally enthusiastic about vibrant dance nights in clubs, raves, or cooking up a storm at home :)

Flo is rather quiet and enjoys working late at night. Besides that, he is social, enjoys doing sports, and shares a love for drinking and dancing with Vivi. Whether at a rave, university, or during breakfast, beer is always a good choice here ;)

Vivi works full time, and Flo juggles between studying and working. Occasionally, we like to hang out together after work, have a chat about life over a glass of wine, cook together, or wind down the day with a movie on our projector.

Our WG is not just a place where people pass each other; we strive to create a lively and engaging atmosphere.
