Geräumiges Altbau Zimmer. Zu einer Seite vollständig ausgekleidet in Wandschränken, wodurch man sehr viel Stauraum hat. Dazu gibt es ein Hochbett, was die Nutzungsfläche zusätzlich vergrößert. Man könnte es also eher mit einem 20 Quadratmeter Zimmer vergleichen ;)
Ist in einem guten Zustand und wurde letzten Sommer komplett gestrichen.
Möbel die man übernehmen könnte:
- ein Sofa für etwa drei Personen
- Sofatisch mit Glasfläche
- kleiner Schreibtisch ca. 1,60 breit
- Ikea Stehlampe
- Bett bestehend aus Lattenrost mit nicht lang genutzter Matratze
Dass Zimmer ist am Gürtel, mit geschlossenen Fenstern merkt man davon aber weniger.

Spacious Altbau room. One side is fully lined with wall cupboards, providing plenty of storage space. There is also a loft bed, which further increases the usable space. So you could compare it more to a 20 square meter room ;)
It is in good condition and was completely painted last summer.
Furniture that could be taken over:
- a sofa for about three people
- Sofa table with glass surface
- small desk approx. 1.60 wide
- Ikea floor lamp
- Bed consisting of slatted frame with mattress that has not been used for long
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist für Wien wirklich ausgezeichnet. Zwei Minuten zur U6 Gumpendorferstraße, 6 & 18er Strassenbahn , 10 minuten zur U4 Margaretengürtel

The transport connections are really excellent for Vienna. Two minutes to the U6 Gumpendorferstraße, 6 & 18 tram, 10 minutes to the U4 Margaretengürtel
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Anthony und Bélén. Anthony schreibt gerade seine Doktorarbeit fertig und Belen studiert an der Angewandten. Sie wünschen sich respektvolle und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner :)
Wir unterhalten uns gerne mal nett, ansonsten macht aber jeder eher sein eigenes Ding.

You would live with Anthony and Bélén. Anthony is currently finishing his doctoral thesis and Belen is studying at the Angewandte. Looking for respectful and open-minded roommates :)
We enjoy a good conversation here and there, in practice everbody is doing their own thing.
Der Preis wird sich wahrscheinlich noch verringern, da wir einen neuen Vertrag für Gas abgeschlossen haben.
Belen ist leider noch in Südamerika bis 24ten März, aber sie kann gegebenenfalls online an Besichtigungen teilnehmen.
