wir suchen ebenso eine(n) vierte(n) Mitbewohner*in! Es handelt sich um ein helles Altbauzimmer (22 qm) in einer generell sehr großzügigen Wohnung (180qm) mit direktem Blick auf das Raimundtheater und die sehr ruhige Wallgasse im 6. Bezirk. Es wurde bereits frisch ausgemalt und wird unmöbliert übergeben, damit du dich auch gleich gut einrichten kannst!
Die Wohnung selbst wurde von uns vor fast zwei Jahren renovierungsbedürftig übernommen und mit viel Liebe und kollektivem Engagement Stück für Stück renoviert und zu unserem Zuhause gemacht.
Wir, Paul, Sandra und Julian sind drei aufgeschlossene Kultur und Kunst interessierte Menschen. Paul arbeitet mehr und mal weniger (meistens einfach mehr) selbständig als Grafiker und macht auch sonst die raffinierteste Pasta, Sandra pendelt von Graz nach Wien, wo sie seit kurzem auch als Designerin tätig ist und ist daher nur die bessere Hälfte der Woche in Wien. Julian arbeitet und studiert Architektur und versucht Zweiteres schleunigst zu beenden.
Weil all work and no play eben dull macht trinken, tanzen und unternehmen wir auch gerne Dinge gemeinsam – mal mehr, mal weniger, wie es uns gerade passt, alles kann, nichts muss. :) Falls du ein Glas mit uns trinken möchtest, schreib uns ein paar Zeilen über dich und wir machen uns einen Abend aus, an dem wir uns kennenlernen können.

Hey World!
We are also seeking for a fourth roommate! It is a bright room (22 sqm) in a generally very spacious apartment (180 sqm) with a direct view at the Raimund Theater and the very quiet Wallgasse in the 6th district. It has already been freshly painted and will be unfurnished so that you can set your room up straight away!
We took over the apartment itself almost two years ago in need of renovation and renovated it piece by piece with a lot of love and collective engagement and made it our home that way.
We, Paul, Sandra and Julian, are three open-minded people interested in culture and art. Paul works more and less (mostly just more) independently as a graphic designer and also makes the most sophisticating pasta out there, Sandra commutes from Graz to Vienna, where she has recently started working as a designer and is therefore only in Vienna for the better half of the week. Julian works and studies architecture and is trying to finish the latter as quickly as possible. ;)
Because all work and no play makes dull, we like to drink, dance and do things together as a group - sometimes more, sometimes less, as it suits us, everything can be done, nothing has to be done. :) If you would like to have a drink with us, write us a few lines about yourself and we will arrange an evening where we can get to know each other.
As the flat renovation is in a constant flux curiosity about craftsmanship is absolutely desirable!
