Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im sechsten Bezirk.

Innerhalb von 1 bis 9 Minuten zu Fuß erreichst du mehrere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U3, U4, Bus und Bahn), Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer, usw.), Apotheken, Fitnessstudios, Kinos, Geschäfte, Cafés und Bars. Und die köstliche Pizzeria Disco Volante gibt es gleich um die Ecke.

Dabei ist die Nachbarschaft sehr lebendig, aber gleichzeitig entspannt:)

The flat is located in the middle of the sixth district.

Within 1 to 9 minutes walking distance, you find several public transport stations (U3, U4, bus and train), supermarkets (billa, spar, hofer, etc.), pharmacies, gyms, cinema, shops, cafes and bars and the delicious pizzeria Disco Volante is just around the corner.

The neighborhood is very alive but chill at the same time :)

Zur wg ansich, du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Noah & Michi.
Noah arbeitet selbstständig im Modebereich und Michael (Michi) studiert Audio Engeneering, legt in seiner Freizeit gelegentlich auf und arbeitet sonst an seiner eigenen Musik und beide sind generell gut drauf:)

Bis dahin wird dein zukünftiges Zimmer von mir (Moritz) bewohnt, ich arbeite als Webentwickler und probiere mich nebenbei im Improvisationstheater aus, gehe aber bald auf eine lange Reise, weswegen das Zimmer frei wird.

Das WG-Leben ist im Allgemeinen eher entspannt und ruhig, besonders während der Arbeitszeiten. Wir führen alle ziemlich unterschiedliche Leben, aber die Küche dient als zentraler Treffpunkt der WG, wo spontane Treffen stattfinden und es zu gelegentlichen kurzen (oder auch langen) Gesprächen beim Kochen und/oder Essen kommt ;)

It's a chill 3 person wg that's consists of Noah who's self-employed and works in Fashion and Michael (Michi), studying Sound engineering and working on his own music when he's got the time. And soon, you!:)

Up till then your future room is home to Moritz, Web-Developer by trade and Hobby Improv-Actor by choice, who is going on a long journey leaving the flat behind in the process.

The life is generally chill and quite, esp. during working hours and we all live quite independent lives. The kitchen however, serves as the meeting hotspot of the flat, where run ins happen and invites for the occasional short or long chat over cooking and/or eating.

Wir suchen jemanden Neues, der Moritz' Zimmer übernehmen möchte, also wenn du interesse hast dir die Wohnung anzuschauen und dich mal zu treffen schreib uns gerne.

Zu den Kosten:
Wie eh in der Anzeige beschrieben, die Kosten für die bestehenden Sachen sind 500€ und kommen hauptsächlich durch Bett und Kasten zusammen. Ich habe wie ich vor einem Jahr eingezogen bin dafür 630€ gezahlt und würd, nach üblicher berechnung, 10% pro Jahr abziehen und dann noch bissie was damits auf den runden Preis kommt.

Was sonst noch da bleibt: die Matratze, das Gewürzregal in der Küche und noch ein paar andere Utensilien hier und da, die würde ich aber alle Kostenfrei übergeben.

About the costs:
As described in the ad anyway, the costs for the existing things are 500€ and are mainly due to the bed and wardrobe. I paid €630 for them when I moved in a year ago and would usually deduct 10% per year and then a bit more to get to the round price.

What else: the mattress, the spice rack in the kitchen and a few other utensils here and there, but those I would hand over free of charge.
