Die Küche ist außerdem sehr geräumig und hat alle was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Herd sowie einen kleinen Pizzaofen.

Für den Einkauf von Lebensmitteln bietet sich SPAR an direkt um die Ecke, aber auch BILLA/HOFER sind nicht weit.
Ein großes Plus ist auch die Mariahilfer Straße die gemütlich in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man sich wünschen kann zu bieten hat.
Allgemein bietet der 6. Bezirk zahlreiche tolle Cafes, Bars sowie Restaurants und punktet durch die zentrale Lage. Eigentlich kann man alle wichtigen Orte in Wien in weniger als 20 Minuten erreichen.

If you want to buy groceries, SPAR is just around the corner, but BILLA/HOFER are also not far away.
