Hallo liebe Interessent*innen,
da ich im Juli nicht in Wien bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für einen Monat!
Das Zimmer befindet sich an der Gumpendorferstraße in einem Altbau. Es ist geräumig, gemütlich und sehr hell. Vor allem am Vormittag kann man sich über wärmende Sonnenstrahlen freuen. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, wird das Zimmer möbliert vermietet! Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 350€ pro Monat. Da kommt dann auch nichts mehr dazu.

Since i won´t be in Vienna in July im renting my room from for one month.
The room is located in an old building @ Gumpendorferstraße. It is spacious and very bright. Since i am only gone for some time the room will be completely furnished. The rent is 350€ per month (everything included).
Die Lage ist super! Man ist mitten im 6. Bezirk mit all seinen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Auch im Zentrum ist man sehr schnell. Vor der Haustüre gibt es einen Bus (57A) aber auch die U4 Margaretengürtel sowie die U6 Gumpendorferstraße sind in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Westbahnhof braucht man ungefähr 10 Minuten. In wenigen Minuten ist man auch beim Penny, Spar, Lidl oder dm - es gibt also genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The flat is located in the 6th district. Its an area with lots of bars, cafés and restaurants. Also it is quite close to the city center. In front of the building you can take the bus (57A) but it will also take you only 5 minutes to arrive at one of the metro stations (Gumpendorferstraße or Margaretengürtel). There are also several shops in the area (Penny, Lidl, Spar, dm)
Der Alltag in unserer WG ist sehr entspannt. Wir plaudern gerne über unseren Tag und über alles, was uns sonst so beschäftigt, verbringen aber nicht jede freie Minute miteinander. Deine potentiellen Mitbewohner*innen arbeiten und/oder studieren und sind alle sehr lieb, aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert. Mehr Infos gibts gerne auf Nachfrage oder bei einem Kennenlernen :)
The atmosphere in the flat its very relaxed. We like to chat about our day and other things but we also like to have our personal space. Your flatmates ar working and or studying and all of them are very nice, open minded and uncomplicated. Just ask for more information :)
