Hello :)
My name is Sara, and as I am moving together with my boyfriend I am looking for someone to move in to my lovely cozy room.
The room is in the quietest part of a 100 m² Altbauwohnung. It is around 12m², completely furnished with a huge window so it receives a lot of light during the whole day. See for yourself on the pictures:)
It is available from 1st of May.

The WG is in a super central location:
Gumpendorferstraße (U6) is a 2 minute walk
Westbahnhof(U3) is a 5 minute walk
Margaretengürtel(U4) is maybe 7 minute walk
The Trams (Bim) 6 & 18 stop in front of the house
Lidl is just around the corner ( like literally on the corner), and Mariahilferstraße is just around the other corner.
Hofer and Spar are within a 5minute walking distance as well.
The best addition to the room are your flatmates:
Kathi Anja.
Kathi is 23 is from Austria and she is studying Law while working in a Kanzlei. She is a motivated, energetic happy person who loves dancing , especially Salsa, Bachata. She is basically the Mama of the WG- taking care of the WG and us, baking the the best bread you have ever tasted. Besides dancing she does KickBoxing, Yoga, and she always have time for a nice chat.
Anja, 23 is from Indonesia and she is a warm & kind hearted person who is always up for some big talks, coffee dates, city walks. Also, she regularly bakes sweets ( I know right? What a great trait!).
Its a pleasure to be around the vibes of Kathi Anja - I am speaking from experience.
The future third flatmate will be arriving in May/June.
It's not rare that we cook together, chill in the kitchen while sippin on some wine and talking for hours. This is definitely not a Zwecks-WG as there is always something going on. We really like to spend time with each other: going out, homeparties, cooking or game nights.
As you can see we are all very open and social people therefore we are looking for someone with similar interests. :)
