WG Zimmer am Naschmarkt

WG-Leben:
Deine Mitbewohner wären
Bene1 (25), Bene2 (21), Marie (23) und Emma (20)
Bene1 studiert Medizin, Bene2 Bauingenieurwesen, Marie Marketing und Emma Mathematik.
Was uns alle vereint ist, dass wir nach der Uni gerne gemeinsam in unserem gemütlichen Wohn-/Esszimmer chillen und gelegentlich zusammen kochen oder einen Film auf dem Beamer ansehen.

Allgemein ist die WG mit 251m2 sehr groß und bietet viel Platz zum entfalten.
Ein paar Zimmer blicken auf den Naschmarkt und die anderen (u.a. deines) in den großen, hellen und ruhigen Innenhof. Von deinem Schlafzimmer aus hat man den Blick auf eine wunderschöne Baumkrone.
Es gibt zwei WCs und zwei Bäder, welche jeweils eine Dusche und eine Badewanne besitzen. Man kommt sich dadurch in der Früh so gut wie nie in die Quere.
Du würdest dir das Bad mit Emma und Benedicta teilen. Es gibt zwei Waschbecken und zwei große Spiegelschränke. Im anderen Bad stehen die moderne Waschmaschine und der Trockner.

Ich würde dir das Zimmer gerne teilmöbliert übergeben. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich das stylische Sofa welches sich umklappen lässt zur Schlafcouch. Der fest verbaute Kachelofen ist ebenfalls ein Hingucker. Welche Möbel zur Übernahme sind können wir dann bei einer Besichtigung besprechen :)

Lage
Die Lage könnte wirklich nicht besser sein. Man ist in 4-5 Minuten an der U Bahn Station Karlsplatz und auch die Bim Station erreicht man schnell. Ansonsten ist die Station U4 Kettenbrückengasse auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Billa, Spar und co kann man super zu Fuß erreichen und muss die Einkäufe nicht weit tragen

In den Mietkosten ist bereits alles inbegriffen (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Wifi etc.)
Die Ablöse für die voll ausgestatteteWG beträgt 500€.
Die Ablöse für mein Zimmer beträgt 500€

Our flat life:
You would live together with Bene1 (25), Bene2 (21), Marie (23) and Emma (20). Bene1 studies Medicine, Bene2 studies civil engineering, Marie Marketing and Emma studies math. We often spend a lot of time in the kitchen together and cook or watch a film with our beamer.

With 251 m2 the flat offers plenty of space. Some of the rooms are located towards the Naschmarkt and others towards the courtyard (also your room), which is very quite and bright. From your bedroom window you have a beautiful view on a treetop.
The flat has two bathrooms and two separate toilets, both bathrooms are equipped with a shower an a bathtub. So, although we are five, we nearly never face problems in the morning of who is going into the bathroom. You would share the bathroom and toilet with Benedicta (Bene2) and Emma. It has two sinks and two mirror cabinets. The modern washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the other bathroom.

I would like to hand the room to you with some of my furniture. One highlight definitely is the couch that is also a sofa bed and the old tiled stove. We can discuss in detail what you would like to keep when visiting the flat :)

The location
The location of the flat could really not be any better :) In 4-5 minutes you can reach U Karlsplatz and various Bim stops. Also U Kettenbrückengasse is close as well as various shopping opportunities including Billa, Spar, dm and the Naschmarkt. Mariahilfer Straße is in only 7 minutes walking distance.

Further infos
The rent covers all costs (Electricity, water, gas, wifi etc.).
The transfer fee for the flat equipment (e.g. washing machine, kitchen furniture etc) would be 500€.
The transfer fee for my room would be 500€ as well.
