Das Zimmer hat ca 9 m² und hat den Zugang über die Küche. Die Fenster gehen Richtung Osten auf die Zieglergasse, sodass die Sonne in der Früh hineinscheint. Das Zimmer ist unmöbeliert, so man hat die ganze Freiheit beim einrichten.
In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Bars, so in der Sommer ist die Straße schön belebt, deswegen ist es perfekt für jemand wer Kopfhörer tragen mag oder wem das eigentlich nicht stört. Wir haben auch sehr nah eine Kirche.
Optional besteht die Möglichkeit ein Bett mit recht neuer Matratze zu übernehmen, mit den Maßen von 200 x 120 cm für 100 €.

The room is ~9m² and is next to the kitchen. The view from the window looks out east sides to Zieglergasse, so the sun shines in the room in the morning. There ia no furniture, so you have freedom to design and furnish it as you wish.
We live close to a popular bar area, so in the summer can get loud, therefore perfect for someone who likes to waer headphones or doesn't mind busy street. There is a church nearby as well.
Optionaly you can have a bed ( 200 x 120 cm) with pretty new mattress for 100 €.

Wir treffen uns immer wieder mal im Gemeinschaftsraum und reden ein wenig, essen manchmal gemeinsam, schauen einen Film.
In der Küche gibt es genügend Platz für alle Lebensmitteln und Küchenutensilien zu lagern. Wir teilen die Reinigungsmittels für Toilette/Bad und Küche. Es gibt ein Putzplan wo wir haben die Aufgaben fair aufgeteilt und wir können sie besprechen.

In the kitchen everyone has their own space for their own food/kitchen supplies. We share cleaning supplies to the bathroom/toilet and kitchen. We also have a cleaning plan so the tasks are divided fairly and can be discussed.

Die Miete beinhaltet Heizung, Wasser, Lift und Müllkosten.
Strom, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung sind nicht drinnen, sondern bedeuten extra 40 € monatlich.
Die Miete will sich vielleicht ein bisschen erhöhen, weil wir werden eine neue Vertrag haben.
Ablöse gibt es für die Sachen welche wir für den WG kaufen sollen, folgendes Teppich für Bad/Toilette und Küche, Toilette Bürste, neue Toilettesitz, Duschvorhang und neue Mülleimer in der Küche.
Ansonst wir brauchen noch zu kaufen eine Staubsauger, Microwelle, Wasserkocher und eine Lampe, ein paar Gläser und Teller, welche wir werden besprechen und zusammen auswählen nach dem Umzug. Aber wenn du eine mitbringst, desto besser.

Zwei Leute ziehen zusammen, weil die sind jetzt schon ein Paar.
Deswegen wir suchen nach unkomplizierten Leuten, die sich vorstellen können, ab und zu was gemeinsam zu machen, idealerweise auch schon mit WG-Erfahrung. Wir bevorzugen Leute die sind sauber, aufmerksam und freundlich wie wir.
Diese ist kein Party-WG, wir suchen nach Leute die arbeiten und/oder studieren wie wir und wünschen für sich eine ruhige, leise Umgebung wenn sie nach Hause kommen.
In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden und keine Haustiere halten. Wir sind zwei Mädchen, aber wir möchten nicht unbedingt ein reines Mädchen WG sein. In diesem WG wir essen manchmal Fleisch, aber wir mögen auch sehr vegan Gerichte.

Therefore we are looking for uncomplicated people, that can imagine doing something together every now and then, and who ideally has some WG/shared apartment experience.
This is a party free flat, we are looking for professionals or students, who work/study a lot and want peace and quiet, when they come home. We would prefer people, who are clean, considerate and friendly.
This is a non-smoking and pet-free flat. We are two girls, but we dont necessarily wount to be an only girl WG.In this WG we sometimes eat meat, but we also like vegan dishes.
