Ich bin Ati (er/ihm). Da ich für längere Zeit im Ausland sein werde, möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer für 3 Monate vermieten. Die WG ist offen für alle, insbesondere queerfriendly, und befindet sich in der Neubaugasse, einer sehr zentralen Lage mit vielen großartigen Cafés und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung liegt im Innenhof, was bedeutet, dass der Straßenlärm kaum zu hören ist. Stattdessen wirst du morgens von einem fröhlichen Vogelgezwitscher geweckt, das meiner Meinung nach das Aufwachen versüßt. Aber natürlich ist das Geschmackssache, haha. (:
Das Zimmer ist großzügige 25 m2 und dank der hohen Decken wirkt es noch geräumiger. Du wirst den Wohnraum mit Rike und Resi teilen, die beide super coole Vollzeitjobs haben. In der Wohnung legen wir Wert auf ein angenehmes, gemütliches und respektvolles Zusammenleben.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro warm.

Heyo dear people!
My name is Ati (he/him). SinceI will be abroad for an extended period, I would like to rent out my shared apartment room for 3 months. The apartment is open to everyone, especially queer-friendly, and it is located in Neubaugasse, a highly central area with numerous fantastic cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is situated in a courtyard, which means that the street noise is barely audible. Instead, you'll be woken up in the mornings by cheerful birdsong, which, in my opinion, sweetens the waking up process. But, of course, that's a matter of personal preference, haha. (:
The room is spacious, covering 25 m2, and thanks to its high ceilings, it appears even more expansive. You will be sharing the common area with Rike and Theresa, both of whom have super cool full-time jobs. In the apartment, we value a pleasant, cozy, and respectful coexistence.
The rent is 500 euros including utilities.
