Hallo, da ich im September nicht in Wien bin, wird mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 25qm groß und mit dem Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin verbunden, aber getrennt begehbar.
Hello, since I won't be in Vienna in September, my room in a 2-person flat will be available. The room is about 25sqm and connected to my flatmates room, but seperately accesible.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich mitten im 7. Bezirk und ist daher sehr gut angebunden (13a Strozzigasse/ Piaristengasse und U3 Volkstheater sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar). Auch befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. Ein Hofer befindet sich direkt gegenüber; weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Spar, Denns, Bipa…) sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Our apartment is located right in the 7th district and is therefore very well-connected (13a Strozzigasse/Piaristengasse and U3 Volkstheater are reachable within a few minutes' walk). Additionally, there are many cafes, restaurants, and bars in close proximity. There is a Hofer (supermarket) right across the street; other shopping options (Billa, Spar, Denns, Bipa...) are within walking distance.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Lea (22) studiert Publizistik und Politikwissenschaften und ist immer viel unterwegs. Wenn sie zu Hause ist, ist sie aber immer für ein Glas Wein oder gemeinsames Essen zu haben :) Im September beginnt sie einen neuen Job, deswegen wäre es gut, wenn ihr abends bzgl. der Lautstärke Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen könntet (die beiden Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar, aber mit einer Tür verbunden und dadurch recht hellhörig). Es wäre toll, wenn du meine beiden Pflanzen ca. 1x in der Woche gießen könntest!
My flatmate Lea (22), who studies Journalism and Political Science, is often on the go. When she's at home, she's always up for a glass of wine or a shared meal :) In September, she's starting a new job, so it would be great if you could consider each other regarding noise in the evenings (the two rooms are separately accessible but connected by a door, making them quite sound-sensitive). It would be wonderful if you could water my two plants about once a week!
Bzgl. des Ein-/Auszugdatums bin ich relativ flexibel also schreib einfach was du dir vorstellst, wir werden bestimmt eine Lösung finden!
Considering the time of moving in/out I'm somewhat flexible, so just reach out and we'll definitely find a solution :)
