Ich habe die Möglichkeit, eine Geheimtipp-Wohnung zu bekommen, wenn ich eine angenehme Mitbewohnerin finde.
Es gibt zwei seperat begehbare Schlafzimmer (Aufteilung kann man dann noch besprechen), Küche und geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Wohnzimmerofen und einen extra Raum, der zb als Abstellraum genützt werden kann. Diese Räume werden wir uns teilen, daher ist es wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert mit Küche und Bad, daher die Ablöse.
Im vierten und obersten Stockwerk, daher schön hell, das restliche Stockwerk wird ebenfalls von Studenten bewohnt. Es handelt sich um einen unbefristeten Mietvertrag.

In the appartment there are two seperately enterable bedrooms (we will be able to decide who gets which when the time comes), kitchen, nice spacious living room and one extra room that could be used as a storeroom. Those, we will share, so it is important we get along well.
There is already some furnishing in the flat, like kitchen and bath room furnishing as well as a stove in the living room, for that we will pay a transfer fee.
The appartment is located in the forth floor (ground floor not counted), which is the top most floor, so the rooms are nice and luminous.
The rental contract is undated.

Ich werde an der Uni Wien Linguistik studieren.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin und es wäre mir wichtig, dass zumindest in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird.
Meine Interessen sind Sprachen, Literatur und Musik, aber auch noch vieles mehr.
Ich habe 22/23 ein Auslandsjahr in Frankreich verbracht, wo ich als Au Pair auf die Kinder meiner Gastfamilie aufgepasst habe, ich spreche also neben Deutsch fließend Englisch und Französisch.
Ich komme aus einer Musikerfamilie und liebe es zu singen, außerdem bin ich Cellistin und würde mein Instrument mitbringen, freue mich also auch auf Gelegenheiten, in der Wohnung zu üben, aber natürlich nur, wenn ich die anderen Bewohner damit nicht störe.
Oft bin ich zwar etwas schüchtern und zurückgezogen und werde mich wohl eher selten ins Wiener Nachtleben zum Fortgehen entführen lassen, hoffe aber trotzdem auf ein nettes und interaktives WG-Leben mit den ein oder anderen Ausflügen, oder einfach entspanntes gemeinsames Kochen, Quatschrunden, Spiele-, oder Filmabende.
Ich spiele Volleyball, wenn auch nicht besonders gut oder lange, jedoch hoffe ich, auch dazu in Wien häufiger zu kommen :)
Ich würde mich freuen, bald persönlichen Kontakt zu knüpfen, um sich gegenseitig kennenzulernen und alles weitere zu besprechen.

I, Viola, 19, am looking for a cool and friendly flat mate. I am going to study linguistics at the university of Vienna.
As I don't smoke, I don't want any smoking in the appartmet from the other person as well.
I spent a gab year as an au pair girl in France, so I speak French as well. I love singing and I play the cello, though not quite regularly at the moment. I'm more like "the quiet kid" and don't like going out so much, but still it is important to me to spend some nice quality time together, for example cooking, playing games or watching movies or making a trip somewhere some time. I play volleyball as well, though neither very good or very often at the moment (hopefully that might change in the future).
I am looking forward to get to know each other better and talk about the details.

Die Wohnung ist noch nicht meine, es besteht also das Risioko, dass ich sie nicht bekomme. Jedoch stehen meine Chancen nicht allzu schlecht, vorausgesetzt, ich finde bald eine Mitbewohnerin.
Die Vormieter suchen eigentlich schon jemanden, der ab Mitte Dezember einzieht, für mich kommt ein Umzug jedoch frühestens im Jänner oder Februar in Frage. Falls du also Interesse an der Wohnung hast und bereits früher einziehen kannst oder möchtest, könnte das unsere Chancen evtl noch verbessern :)

The previous tenants are looking for someone, who could take over the flat in the middle of December ideally. I for one can't move before January or February, so if you are interested and able to move before that, that might even rais our chances :)
