The room is on the street side and is very bright. It is also very quiet, as there is on the 3rd floor of the building and with very good windows you barely listen to any noise from the streets but also in summer time is actually very quiet. The room is not furnished and is aprox 23m.From the windows you always have a lot of sun cause there is no building in fron to block it. The room is also connected to the kitchen with a door.
The existing equipment fee is because the kitchen is mine and my querent flatmates so is 1000 euros for it

The flat is located in Burggasse in the 7 district, very close to Wirr Cafe and other cafe, restaurant and bars in the area.
the U-bahn is aprox 5 min and center is in the corner.
There are a few parks around as well and everything in general is super close.
In general is not a party house but I always enjoy to have friends around from now and then for some good food and drinks.
I am Chef so I work a lot and since most of the evenings I am at the restaurant the house its quiet and perfect to study or chill.
I like the flat to stay clean and cared off since the are only 2 renters and its easy to separate the routine of the week.
For me a very important part is the communication between any topic and problem that it might exist.
Its a 2er wg so Its important for both to feel like home and take care of the things that's needed.
Hey my name is Fotis and I live in Vienna for about 5 years now, I am a chef-cook since I remember my self and in general love food and what comes around with it :) I am an easy going person and I respect the personal space of the others in the house.
I like to do also sports so my free time mostly I will be on something like skating or boxing lately I also started bouldering and its really fun.
In the house mainly I will listen some recodes and drink coffee with friends, from now and then dinners or drinks but not really a party house.
