Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m2 groß und ist teilmöbliert. Am Weg zu deinem Zimmer befindet sich ein Durchgang, wo ein großer Kasten für deine Kleidung, etc. steht. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (leider ohne Lift) direkt am Neubaugürtel. Da die Wohnung in den Innenhof schaut, kann man im Sommer ohne Probleme bei offenem Fenster schlafen, ohne Gürtellärm.
Dein Fenster schaut außerdem in den grünen Innenhof.
Die Küche mit einem gemütlichen Esstisch ist komplett eingerichtet und auch sonst hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht.
Bad und Toilette ist getrennt und jeweils mit Fenster! Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.

The room is about 12m2 and is fully furnished. On the way to your room there is a passageway with a large closet for your clothes, etc. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (unfortunately without elevator) directly on the Neubaugürtel. Since the apartment looks into the courtyard, you can sleep in the summer without problems with the window open, without belt noise.
Your window also looks into the green courtyard.
The kitchen with a cozy dining table is fully equipped and also otherwise the apartment has everything you need.
Bathroom and toilet is separate and each with window! Washing machine is also available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich keine 5 Minuten von der Mariahilferstraße entfernt und man ist in 3 Minuten beim Westbahnhof (U3/U6, S-Bahn, 9, 6, 18, 52, 60) und in 4 Minuten beim Urban-Loritz-Platz (9, 6, 18, 49) und U6 Burggasse/Stadthalle. Die Stadthalle ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Boku/TU/Hauptuni sind unter 30 Minuten zu erreichen!
In 15 Minuten ist man beim Stephansplatz und in Schönbrunn.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from Mariahilferstraße and you can reach the Westbahnhof (U3/U6, S-Bahn, 9, 6, 18, 52, 60) in 3 minutes and Urban-Loritz-Platz (9, 6, 18, 49) and U6 Burggasse/Stadthalle in 4 minutes. The Stadthalle can also be reached quickly on foot.
